I must say, I'm not a fan of that message board. It's a haven for b'boons.

There other singles that I'm aware of are Cruel to be Kind and At Least I Got Laid. I too have Resident Alien and the Hogyssey, the other one is impossible to find. "Everybody in the world... Is bent."

They all sound like stereotypical stupid kid band names. Name it something like SoundHole7

A friend and I just started www.endtotheend.blogspot.com. We haven't had much of a chance to do anything with it yet though, so there's not much to it. And I prefer LiveJournal

They are often branded as a one hit wonder because the single In the Meantime was really their only big hit, and big it was. But they've had a few more singles and there non-single material is some of the most playable music I've ever heard. Someone other than me must own an album or two.

Seriously, this has got to be the most underrated band of all time, in all the universe. Who's with me?

If you want to hear Matt doing rock like he's never done before, AND a record with a lyrical content that seems to be entirely what Matt stands for, then get WLRRR. If you want to hear Matt with a hint of a message but some of the most beautiful music hes done, and if you like orchestras, get Avalanche. But I'd really recomend both.

I was regretting reading that until the thing about doing Talking Heads covers rolled around. Then I changed my pants.

I just read that the only shot in the movie I thought looked fake (the one where he does a back flip off the bike then shoots the two guys int he face) was actually real. Real as in it wasn't computer animated or anything, and they didn't even use strings, just old school trampoline.

Actually I've never fully read it. From what I know though I'd say it's a good adaptation. It makes it sexier.

Sleeping Beauty - A Perfect Circle

I have an illegal chinese DVD that I've yet to view. I figured it might be dumb, but it's got some respectable actors in it.

The one guitar bit sounds like the one guitar bit from WGFA yes. But then WGFA also sounds like countless other who songs. It seems like that same guitar riff was used a lot by Pete Townsend, with slight variations along the way. Matt loves the Who and they were the inspiration for the albums title, so I wasn't too shocked when I heard it.
