in Spain you must always go to a concet with ur ID, you must be 18 to get into a concert and no matter you have bought ur ticket if you are not 18, they won't allow u to enter... in any case, most of the times there are no special problems in concerts I have attended: people really behave and are there just to watch his/her favorite band playing and there are no riots or such things

i'm very glad that the anti-Bush movement is being heard... Bush is in Europe right now and the "welcome" has not been very nice... actually there have been lots of demonstrations against him... I just wanna cry out: BUSH, GET OUT OF EUROPE... LEAVE US ALONE

My top 5 are: - Amelie - The Godfather - Barrio (it is a Spanish movie, about social issues: young people living in a big city - Madrid - and their everyday problems and live) - El Bola (another Spanish movie, also about social issues: young mistreatment by their parents, also taking place in Madrid and the story of a boy, in a difficult family, who is mistreated by his father) - Pulp Fiction

right ;) that peacefulness is exactly what i like of songs which are played - or include - piano... i love that instrument and i wish i was able to play it...

I saw Radiohead two summers ago in the Benicassin Festival (in the sountheast of Spain) and they did play that long and their concert was just awesome... The Cure normally plays longer than usual (in Benicassin that same year they played for 2 hours and 15 mins, more or less) but the rest - as i said with Muse - dont last more than an hour or an hour and some mins... that sucks

I don't understand anything about records label... I'm just interested in the possibility that Matt can be heard in Spain... I suppose that within a big and famous label, his music could be "spread" and sent to many more places than just Canada (and a bit in the States)...

shit, the smallest t-shirt is medium size and I use a small size ;) i dont like t-shirt so big - at least for me - but I like some of them a lot actually I like these two ones specially: - Avalanche Tour T-Shirt - Baby-T (BLACK) - Avalanche Tour T-Shirt (BLACK) but they're too big for me (at least for the kinda t-shirts I wear)

somebody from here - i think it was Bloomflame - commented on a band who opened for Matt in one of the last concerts called "Pilate" (but I'm not sure 100%, I may be wrong)...

but even after Beautiful midnight because I really think that AOB songs are very underrated... and for me it's their best album... probably even underrated by MGB because they don't seem to play many of the songs from that album - just looking at all the concerts on the Hub and you realize that AOB is almost "forgotten" in their concert list... and I miss listening to "the fall of man", "tripoli", and of course my favorite song ever "the rat who would be king"...

yeah, those are the numbers I picked up from their page too... and I'm gonna call them on Monday if i haven't gotten the CD by then... thanx, Jay

see, lostatsea? at least they charged it into ur card and they sent u an e-mail... but maplehouse hasnt charged anything to my credit card and I havent gotten any answer to the e-mail I sent this morning... I'm starting to doubt more and more that my order was not carried out properly and probably they dont even have my order... yeah, the long distance fee is gonna be really bad... but i wouldnt ask anybody to call for me, that's too much ;) i'll try to see if i can solve the problem thru e-mail which is easier and cheaper and i wouldnt have to "bother" anybody with this... if it hasnt been done correctly and I've gotta wait for 2 more weeks to get the album... oh gosh, i dont know what i would do...

yeah, that's basically why i'm gettin suspicious that the order was not properly carried out... if it had been carried out correctly, the first thing they would've done would've been to charge the money of the CD + shipping expenses (which, god, were almost the same amount of money as the CD price!), right?

as sammyspade says, M. Moore is an American who questions Americans, basically Bush and his administration and what he's doing to Americans and to the world... i've heard that it is kinda Bowling for Columbine (documentary kinda movie), it has been very successful in Europe (in Spain it will be out around the 25th of July, I think) and he even got the most important reward in Cannes Movie Festival this year... "freedom of speech" and shockingly in the States it was banned for some months and not all the movie thearers are gonna show it... unbelieveable, the most free country in the world - as Americans think of their country - and they try to ban a movie just because it is critizicing the American government I can't wait to see it and if i have the change of downloaded it before it is out in Spain, I will because i wanna see it already

this is one of the last movies I've seen and I've liked it A LOT, very funny, with a very good setting and nice people around... I've never liked Tom Hanks (actually he's one of the actors I've always hated) but I must admit that he's pretty good in this movie (probably because his caracter doesn't even look like him, not even physically ;) ) I recommend you to watch this movie if you wanna have a good time and enjoy a bit :angry:

no, i haven't... i'm gonna wait to see if they e-mail me back and if not try to call them... i honestly think i followed all the steps and i successfully ordered it online... if not i wouldn't have ever gotten that message with "successfully ordered" or something like that, don't u think so? and there shouldnt be a problem with shipping it overseas (it's an option they accept) or my credit card (i've bought many books from Amazon and I've never had any problem)...

nothing at all, buddy, i just sent them an e-mail asking what's going on with my order... i'm starting to doubt they took my order but i did what they asked me to, I gave my personal details, my address in Madrid, my credit card number and all that stuff and in the end i got the typical message comfirming me that the "order has been successful" and they told me that around 2 weeks to get here but it's been more than 2 days... and I'm getting impatient because i wanna have my original copy in my hands already ;) and what is really suspicious - that's why i think that my order is not alright - is that they haven't charged me anything yet and i check my card every single day to see if there is something related to that :angry: oh well, don't know what's happened with it...

i've always wanted to play the piano... it's like the "frustration" of my life... i started to study piano when i was lil but for some personal reasons I had to quit and I was never able to finish my piano studies... I just wish that one day I can catch up with it again...
