I know a lot about it, this is one of my concerns within this social group i'm working with in Madrid: the Palestinian problem. Israel is violating all International resolutions in order to find peace in the area and since they always have the US support, nothing happens: 1. they invaded the area and "stole" the Palestinians their land, and nothing happened; 2. they keep bombing the Palestinians, and nothing happens; 3. they have all these nuclear weapons sold by the US, and nothing happens; 4. they start building this wall to separate the territory, and nothing happens; Nothing happens because they have the strong US support... why is the international comunity so coward to face the US??? ;)

and in the meantime, what has the US said about all this? obviously, silence... the US supports Sharon's crimes with humanity ;)

Once again, Israel has not listened to the International Comunity and the International Court which has asked them to demolish the illegal and sad wall they are building to separate from Palestina... Once again Sharon disobeys International Laws... Once again Sharon is trying to go on with his Nazi Wall which is exactly the same the Nazi regime did with Berlin Wall... unbelievable... we cannot bear this anymore

I guess that is what makes Matt special and different from many other famous artists: he gives a lot to us fans and we can feel it... this is important for him AND of course important for us fans...

Your system is exactly the same as ours: each vote has the same load, except that the final percentage in order to get a seat in the spanish Parliament is also weighted based on province size; for example, Madrid is the biggest province in Spain and it "provides" the Parliament with more seats than, for example, Extremadura (another province, south west Spain) which has much less population than Madrid may have... But of course ONLY the candidate who gets more support and more popular votes will be able to win the elections, not like in the US... Again - and being very very sarcastic - the US the most democratic country in the world???
