  1. ;) downstairs where no one can see new life break away
  2. ;) We lay on the grass and let hours pass
  3. Well sure if you interpret it that way ;)
  4. The nation will be so screwed if Bush gets another 4 years. I mean look how much he's fouled up enough already with one term, you got the whole world in a state of war, more nations hate America than ever before, there's job losses, decreasing environmental standards, so on and so forth. He's already created a mess that is gonna take one hell of a long time and effort getting out of and Bush is certainly not up to the task of making it any better.
  5. I've only heard alot from Pearl Jam, so that's what I voted, but it doesn't matter much I guess because I don't really know anything about the other bands nor have I heard alot of their music.
  6. Could just go with something blatant and suggestive eg "Rein Raus" (In Out) by Rammstein. ;) I am the rider you are the horse I climb on we ride off you moan I whisper to you an elephant in the eye of a needle In, out I am the rider you are the horse I have the key you have the lock the door opens I enter life can be so splendorous In, out Deeper, deeper Say it! Say it loud! deeper, deeper I am well within your skin and a thousand elephants break out The ride was short I am sorry I climb off I have no time I must go now to the other horses they also want to be ridden In, out In (deeper) Out (deeper)
  7. So goddamn sick, no words for it.
  8. Goodfellas.... hands down.
  9. I'd like to ask people not to post any pictures of the dead or dying, it's horrible enough for the parents and families of the people who've died, they don't need alot of people on the internet gawking and gossiping over pictures of their loved ones.
  10. The Killer's are pretty good, I like the 80's element they use, my favorite song by them would be "Jenny Was a Friend of Mine" but then I've not actually heard all of the songs yet.
  11. edit: nevermind, there it is ^
  12. I've never heard of Prime. I flip through the channels during the commercials on the Tomight Show, they have "Ripley's Believe it or Not" on Fox at midnight, if I recall correctly.
  13. I used to watch it every day, but now they're showing it alot less than they used and usually at times that make it difficult to be there and watch it, well than and the fact I have less time in general to watch as it is. Someday I'll need to acquire the DVD's.
  14. Such a tragedy, I was in tears this morning when I'd heard it.
  15. It'll have to do I guess, hopefully they'll at least eventually make a DVD from this too like Live Aus Berlin.
  16. It's somewhat hard to believe though that nowadays peace and tranquility reign in the region, I speculate it's still a dangerous and volatile location.
  17. 1. Haven't Slept in Years 2. Future is X-Rated 3. A Boy and His Machinegun 4. Pledge of Allegiance 5. Bright End of Nowhere 6. My Out of Style is Coming Back
  18. Prior to seeing this movie I figured it it would be just another rip-off of Schindler's List, not to mention the backdrop of WW2 has been done do death with films, I did want to see it but I wasn't expecting much. So When I actually saw it, I was amazed. They made a WW2 and Holocaust film original and moving by showing it from a side that nobody's all that aware of.
  19. Under normal circumstances the gas used in the theater crisis in 2002 isn't as lethal as say 40%, the problem was the hostages were weakened by the long time without food and water. Edit: Just thought I would tack this on, it offers an explanation of why is it Russia decided to launch their assault on Chechnya.
  20. Honestly, I don't care if this comes across as racist, but the people who are doing this are animals, they should be dealt with as such. Deliberately targeting children and threatening them with systematic murder unless a bunch of killers aren't released from prison.
  21. Yeah I've noticed that one from "Suburbia" also. The only other misheard lyric I can think of is from "Parable" and is relatively minor: "if not today then tomorrow is justified" is what sounds like rather than "if not today then tomorrow is just goodbye."
  22. Hopefully it's got nothing to do with that "25 worst Canadian songs" blurb.
  23. To my knowledge there's been at least 3 US presidents for which the electoral college voted into office candidates that actually lost the popular vote.
  24. The reasoning behind that (which I believe is faulty reasoning as it doesn't function properly) is that it is said to give more voice/influence to minority voters.
