Scott's post was from 2 yrs ago. Hopefully he is still here and active. Unfortunately the bored lost some really good long time fans/members in the past year or 2. I pray they find their way back as their information and hard work was always appreciated by me.

I've said it before and I will say it again. I'd pay $150 to sit on a zoom type meeting and hear Matt do solo acoustic rarities for 2 hrs. Hearing some Loser Anthems gems (flashdance anyone?) Maybe some Suburbia? Protest Song? Workers Sing a Song? Rat who would be king? Fated? Life Beyond? Hell we could get others to pitch in some $$ and make it happen. It would be fun. Only problem is someone would go out and leak it to the non paying public.

I was hoping for a more varied setlist but the sets I have seen do look good. I hate to sound ungrateful but there was a lot of time off between tours and I had hoped he would come out with some rarities this tour. Even something like Life Beyond or Fated that he played on the 05 solo tour would be a good surprise. Nonetheless I am in the US and if he played out here I would be there in a heartbeat.

I jus read that a few more shows were cancelled and that Matt was admitted to the hospital in critical condition. I don't have facebook so can anyone confirm or deny this?~ Sucks that the official webpage doesn't have any info about it. Praying that Matt is ok.

I heard about Nanimo but you had mentioned negative reviews prior to the Nanimo show and the MG team scrubbing them. Just curious to what the other negatives were? I have been checking setlist.fm but only one set has been posted so far. Curious to what has been going on at the shows.

I was actually coming in here to post that he made a post that he is practicing "One of them years" He also replied to a post that his catalog of music is so large that he can't remember how to play half of it.

So who will be hitting up the tour in the coming weeks and which shows will you all be attending? Looking forward to seeing the merch and setlists.

new tour dates have been released for this fall. A lot of the same places that were hit on this previous tour as well as some more shows out East. Sadly nothing in the US

If he played Police Cars in Regina it would have been the perfect mix of songs from this tour. Not big on Alert and Born Losers but I get why he plays them. Would love to see White Walls thrown in if East coast gets a tour.

Pretty sure he has a list of songs he rehearsed for this tour but the ONLY 2 MG songs I dislike he has played both nights and last night back to back (alert and Born Losers) Love that he played Protest Song and Tripoli last night, same with Fated. Looks like some fun shows so far!

I was wondering how far those shows were apart distance wise. I know Vancouver is way on the other side but thought a couple might be close together. Going to see if he does Hamilton or London Ontarion and make the trip. If he does Buffalo I'l do that too and buy Steve some beers.

there is a great video recording of the Coquitlam show on the Underdogs tour. If you haven't seen it I recommend it. There are also free video to audio converters to transfer any Youtube video to MP3.

Matt can also give security for each venue a heads up to toss any hecklers so that things don't get out of hand. At a solo acoustic show it's easy for someone to just shout out a stupid comment. Better to toss them right when it happens than to let it continue and give others the chance to pipe in. Again, if you are paying to see a MG show it would make no sense to heckle MG. But it is 2022 and we have gas prices at $4,20 a gallon here. Nothing surprises me anymore.

Hell yeah!! He's back baby!!!! I am excited for this. Wish I could get up there to see a show. Hoping we can get some tapers for these. Life is short and if these past 2 years proved anything it's not to take anything for granted. Tape em while we can ladies and gentlemen. Great news to wake up to!!

I can't speak about the other women but by reading Hayley's social media she comes across as bat shit crazy. If I had to believe one side I'd take Matt's over hers. Maybe the truth is somewhere in the middle but again, she seems bat shit crazy.

I'd pay a good ammt for a live show/streaming show even. Hell imagine if we could make the setlist!! We could get some Inescapable Us, some Flashdance II, some covers, maybe haven't slept in years. I'm down for a few hundred US anyone else?
