  1. Good post, and you're providing a good point as well, this ID chip has multiple danger's that probably won't be presented to the "consumer" at all when the PR campaign for this stuff starts to come. It may not be tommorrow, but im sure its comming.

  4. This is the funniest shit ever he's freaking out... but who knows whether its a proper translation i dont know german
  5. The way to resist is open revolt. I'd make some violent suggestions but would be quickly flamed by pacisfists, who, well meaning, don't know how to resist. For the record, the Jews who fought back against the Nazi's in WW2 had a better chance of survival during that time, especially the ones who fought ghettoization of their communities. So allowing things to go "buisness as usual" is not the answer, fight back. Dont use a cell phone. Find other sources of transit. Use cash. Get a fake ID. I mean sure, you can't live like a normal individual, but if you want a greater level of privacy those are viable options. I'm not saying we should have to do any of this, but if you don't revolt, there are your options.
  6. Well tracking devices have been used for a while, RFID chips on student cards in the states, Onstar in your SUV, the logical extension is of course in your body. It wouldn't take much, maybe even another terror act for governments to start wondering whether or not you have the right to personal autonomy. At the same time, maybe we will resist such heavy surveillance?
  7. And have you noticed how Harper is not blaming Israel at all even AFTER the Israeli's said that this particular outpost was going to be spared? And now a Canadian UN observer is dead. wtf is up with that! However, in Israel's defense, precision-guided missiles are not as precision as the name suggests. However you are hitting on a very important point, they certainly act with immunity, they have not in any way ever had to be accountable to their occupied population or to their other national colleagues for any of their actions
  8. Sure you can! the child can also join the brigade and we'll be like one big happy militia family!
  9. BAHAHA BEST NAME EVER That is exactly what it will be called... let our proclamation go throughout the land, Uncle Erik's Fun Time Militia Brigade will be comming to a town near you, and if you aren't feeding us, prepare to be pillaged lol...
  10. You can both be in my merry band of men and women! we'll ravage the countryside with strategic strikes against facist bastards and have massive bbq's under trees and beautiful night sky!
  11. Would you feed my merry band of men/women?
  12. silentshadow, the fact that George Bush is still in power despite most of the country not likeing him ( approval rating in the low 30% i think?) is a sentiment to the limitations of the current republic. It's unfortunate that we're all very much controlled by very authoritarian structures and things are done in the name of "Americans" when it has nothing to due with the population. But again, the anti-American sentiment i think is also due to Canada's own image problem of basically not wanting to be perceived as Americans. Canada an identity problem, it's mostly based on trying to distinguish ourself from Americans, which can be annoying at the best of times. I think that may have to do with the anti-American sentiment, but of course, also, you're country around the world is looked on as an elephant in a glass shop lumbering around destroying everything it sees. The U.S. has been in a current state of conflict basically since WW2. That leaves a bad impression.
  13. Same man, if it was U.S or those dirty Russians lol jk, id do it, really any country that tried invadeing Canada I would form the miltia. lol .. thinking about that, it kinda makes me sound like a hick, but im really not, just a militant anarchist i guess lol ;) sodamntired do you mean that the U.S would try and force us? I am not entirely sure that would happen, or who would force us, but i guess it's just as likely as the U.S. invading us. They already own us economically ( just about ) they no longer need to own geographically other countries, if they control them economically and geo-politcally.
  14. lol probably not haha well maybe i dont really remember haha i have a girlfriend, so maybe we did ? haha
  15. pffft that's not an accomplishment lol ;)
  16. I'd join neither army, but what I WOULD do, is form my own militia of sorts carrying out guerrilla warfare against the U.S.
  17. I don't believe in them becasue their so vague, but as far as the description goes, im a definetely a Scorpio
  18. I thought it was just for fun ? lol
  19. IM 20 in 2006 and I still didn't hear about that... but it just goes to show who we're really all working for ;)
  20. I'll insert a question. Would you still not fight, knowing that if the other "side" of the conflict was a fascist state? Who would wreak all kinds of unspeakable horrors and keep insane control over the population?
  21. hahaha aww im sure you could be a crazy soldier Lauren! My grandma was one of those ladies, she made metal parts for planes or something during WW2 while my grandpa was a pilot of a bomber.
  22. I dont think he means in terms of tactics, i think he means in terms of reasons. WW1 was about imperial ambitions, not fighting a facist state bent on world domination.
  23. IF WW3 was anything like WW1 I wouldn't join. However, if it was a Nazi power again, I might, simply because I dont agree with the system that we have now, but I also would not want to live under a Nazi rule either. However most wars are based on imperial ambitions, so overall if it were a WW3 over resources (not unlikely) I would have no part in it.
