if anyone does download that monster of an album, at least have a listen to stormy monday. my favorite version of that song. and if you have the attention span for a 34 minute song, there's some really cool tandem drumming near the end of mountain jam.

since i have nothing better to do than drink and listen to music, i uploaded this. it's the greatest live recording ever: part 1 part 2 had to split it into two, cuz it's a monster recording. huge guitar jams, two drummers, harmonica, organ, soulful vocals...awesomeness. 5 of the songs are over ten minutes each. they played straight through till the morning on at least one of the nights (it was a two night gig). from a review on guitarzone.com: "Wait ! it's 6 o' clock in the morning! And we've recorded it all! And you're in it and we're in it, and that will be our third album. Thank you ..." Tired but happy, the guitarist leaves the stage. Less than 6 months later, he will leave this world, as he was run over by a truck while he was driving his Harley Davidson on a little road in the state of Georgia on Oct 29 1971 ... R.I.P Duane.

wow. i didn't get far into that mozart before i deleted it. i can't stand vocals in orchestral music. now i gotta figure out what else to listen to right now.
