true music - down by law well ouch! fuck! i was just about to go against my last post and put up two more albums, but i realized that i ripped them from the cds as ogg files and i don't have the cds anymore to rerip. i'm kinda pissed off that two of my favorite punk rock albums of all time, "all scratched up" and "punkrockacademyfightsong" by down by law, are still out of print on epitaph records. i don't know how these can be outta print! all the shit 'punk' bands out their and these two gems are unavailable. way to fucking go epitaph.

you like a cover better than the original? how sad. i like brown eyed girl by everclear more than the original. best thing they ever did, and it wasn't their song. i'm not saying it never happens, i'm saying it's rare, especially with a song like hurt. it's not one of my favourite nin songs by any means, but it still seems like something untouchable. 100% agreed. the only other example of better covers than originals i can think of is stevie ray vaughan covering hendrix.
