i remember being in a dive bar and seeing a drunken waste of a girl 'dancing' all alone on the dance floor to that song. my favorite limp bizkit memory.

i am truly embarrassed to have ever purchased a limp bizkit album way back and therefor helped encourage the release of further albums.

dr. strangelove in theatre for a midnight showing. great movie, but it seemed like they dug out the original film rolls for projection, cuz it was awful quality. and the director wasn't lined up right with the screen, cuz the very top of the movie was lopped off.

agreed. 4 episodes in, and i couldn't tell you one character's name, or tell them apart on the screen. i guess band of brothers can only be band of brothers once.

cage the elephant. saw some discussion about them here, somewhere, and looked them up. i'm enjoying the album so far.

giving muse a third try. absolution is a wicked album, but their newest one i remember as being absolute poo, which turned me off of digging further.

i like them a lot. i never got into them until their last album came out, but i've heard it all, more or less, and my favorite songs are on the newest album, though i do enjoy their older, more raw sounding stuff, too. saw them live last summer. it was the most disgusting and embarrassing crowd i've ever been in. we were there early enough to hear sound check from outside, and get a good spot near the front of the line. just before the doors opened, a mass of people at the back of the line bum rushed the front and it ended up just being a giant bubble of people pushing, trying to get in first. then we managed to get good spots, about three 'rows' of people from the front, and spent the rest of the show trying to maintain our spots, cuz people were being real indignant about trying to push by to get up front. i had to fend off some prick trying to pry by me, who i'd seen outside trying to buy a ticket right before the show. i had my ticket the morning they went on sale, and this guy just got his ticket, and i'm fighting him for foot space?! we were heat exhausted and more or less punch drunk after the show. it kinda sucked, cuz it was hard to enjoy the music, while being pushed and pulled and pried at by fuckheads.

dl some red sparowes if you're diggin' explosions in the sky. they play the same kinda music, but with their own sound, and are equally awesome to explosions.

loved when they built it up for a big landing scene, and then the ramp goes down, they storm out, and the marines already on the beach are like "'bout fuckin' time you got here".

i've watched every episode so far. it's okay. i'll keep watching it. battlestar was a shit ton better though. i'd like a night in the sack with sister clarice.

this album continues to grow on me, bit by bit.

i'll probably join, just for the hell of it, but i would like to see a limited edition vinyl single, like i'm supposed to be getting from the tenclub, or something along those lines.

when the back story is scrolling up the screen at the beginning of the movie, you'll notice that it says it was a long time ago. so, obviously, the women were all home, bare foot and pregnant, while the men were off empire building.

the road. super boring. boondock saints II. had to stop it about 20 minutes in, because it sucked so hard. had to look it up to make sure it was the same director/writer as the first. it was. he should be embarrassed.

Boogie Oogie Oogie - A Taste of Honey. i have no idea what that is, but it sounds terrible.

were there really only 500 pressings? i find that hard to believe. and that's not that much money for it, i guess. they were selling signed ones at the show for $60. and they were selling.
