Messenger for Mac I've been a Mac user for a few years and I'm telling you, there is no need for anti-visus/spyware stuff. I've never had a single problem. I'm not very farmiliar with most of the software you listed, because, like I said, I'm a Mac user. I believe these are mostly software for working with audio though right? I wouldn't normally mind checking it out myself, but I have to get going in a few minutes. Toast is a good choice for your audio/video encoding and burning needs. Switch will convert your audio files into whatever format you like. iTunes can take care of all your basic ripping, burning and can convert between a few file types. I hope this helps. Loel is one my favorite drummers too, he has such an original style. Danny Carey of Tool is great and my cousin (Danny Bourgeois) is pretty freaking amazing. I honestly don't know a lot of drummers.
