Good effort on the pun, execution was a little shoddy. ;) Personally, there's just something more striking about A Single Explosion. It wells up all sorts of different emotions in the span of 3 minutes, everything from joy and smiling to putting me on the verge of tears, whereas She's In it for the Money just gets me thinking "wow, that sucks, what a bitch. I hope I never have to dedicate this song to anyone." It definitely makes me feel for Matt and what he went through, but because I've never gone through a similar experience, it's just kind of cut and dry, while Explosion I can relate to the feeling of longing and seeing people in my dreams that I haven't forgotten about, that I care for a lot and, even just to say hi, would love to talk to them again.

They have a synthy style keyboard in some of their songs. Matt has a synythy style keyboard in this song. ZOMG THEY ARE THE SAME BAND NOW

They're really different. I think the way Matt plays it gives it a way darker feel than Ritter's version.

I seem to recall Ryan Dahle mentioning something about having to put together a portfolio to submit to the junos to be considered for one or something. If that is the case, then yeah, big money makers like Nickelback and Avril are gunna get in, because chances are, their labels are gunna back funding for things like that.
