  2. I just find it weird that on Facebook if anyone knows your name they can come find you.
  3. Saving Private Ryan Platoon Three Kings Jarhead Black Hawk Down (though it's not really a 'war' movie)
  4. Facebook is slightly more creepy than myspace.
  5. I'm in that one and one called "Matthew Good and the Band"
  6. i can see that you know a lot about texas. About as much as you apparently know about sarcasm ;)
  7. It sound weird, but if there is one place in the United States that I could see Matt getting any sort of attention, it's Texas. They'd probably call him a pinko commie bastard and try to shove pitchforks up his ass. I'd be down for Calgary. I could promote the album when my band starts playing shows LOL
  8. Matt "chickening out" of releasing a song because it's too political seems VERY unlikely. Listen too "Pledge of Allegiance", "In A World Called Catastrophe", "21st Century Living", and almost the entire White Light Rock & Roll Review album. He has his reasons for not including the song and I'm sure they're good ones. By the sounds of the title of the record, a lot of the lyrics were probably written while he was in the hospital last year, so I'd definitely say it's a more personal album than a political album like WLRRR was, which I think makes cutting Tidal Wave, Can't Get Shot and Breath of a Nation an understandable thing.
  9. I always seemed to miss the answer. And sweet.
  10. I'm gunna ask this for like the 3rd time because it hasn't been answered: Did you play Indestructible tuned down a half step?
  11. I'm stoked for Black Helicopter like you have no idea. I've thought long and hard about what that tune would sound like recorded in a studio, and I can't wait to hear it.
  12. This can definitely go into the 22 page thread about the new album.
  13. I'll take your word for that big guy.

  15. I don't think I've seen a good shot of either of your asses, but I definitely propose we fix that ;)

  18. Ahahahahh the Stampede Corral show! That was a good concert- I was right up front against the barricade in front of Matt, and a gal I went to high school with got pulled up onstage and got to sit on the bull.
  19. The first MG song I ever heard was Everything is Automatic, and I thought it was decent. Then after I heard it a bit more, I absolutely hated it. I liked the rest of the singles from Underdogs, but not enough to buy the album. Couple years later, Hello Time Bomb hits the radio and I thought it was an absolutely brilliant song. My dad bought Beautiful Midnight, and I basically claimed it as mine and just fell in love with it. He took me to see them when they toured the first time for BM, and I just fell in love with everything I heard, and kinda felt stupid for not liking Everything is Automatic in the first place. To this day, he is my favorite.
