  1. I'm only gunna include full lengths: Beautiful Midnight The Audio of Being Avalanche White Light Underdogs LOTGA
  2. In Apparitions: "Where you used to be, kinda free, are they laughin' at ya like they're laughin' at me"
  3. Sigur Ros>Radiohead
  4. That is also one of my faves. I may have a bootleg of that somewhere now that I think of it. In Future is X-rated: Power's just another one of those things baby, it's pointless if you ain't gunna abuse it.
  5. I liked how he's used nothing but white lights and a few strobes during the last few tours. Much more moving and powerful than a bunch of fancy colors.
  6. Trail of Dead? From what I've read their new album is supposed to be hitting stores in North America on October 6.
  7. Hello Time Bomb was the song that really got me into his music, so I'd go with that, or Anti-Pop.
  8. If I was a tidal wave from coast to coast I'd scream [and spell words correctly]
  9. For the acoustic tour, in the final chorus of "Sort of a Protest Song" he sings "I'm tired of watching them wind me up to see if I'll run".
  10. Avalanche is intense. I remember seeing it during the In A Coma tour and I realized what an amazingly powerful drummer Pat Steward is. It is truly something to behold, and is definitely on par with the 2 drumkit attack that ...and you will know us by the trail of dead was going with when I saw them.
  11. I've read Howl's Moving Castle, Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow all in the last 6 days. Next up is Shadow of the Hegemon.
  12. Both lists combined THE GREAT GATSBY by F. Scott Fitzgerald BRAVE NEW WORLD by Aldous Huxley CATCH-22 by Joseph Heller SLAUGHTERHOUSE-FIVE by Kurt Vonnegut ANIMAL FARM by George Orwell LORD OF THE FLIES by William Golding THE LORD OF THE RINGS by J.R.R. Tolkien THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY by Douglas Adams ENDER'S GAME by Orson Scott Card STARSHIP TROOPERS by Robert Heinlein FARENHEIT 451 by Ray Bradbury WATERSHIP DOWN by Richard Adams
  13. I bought the new Snow Patrol and some CD by the Sounds because it was on sale, but really, there isn't anything out there I want to buy until ...and you will know us by the trail of dead release their next album.
  14. I should login to my SG account one of these days...
  15. Giant is marvelous live, as is Weapon and Avalanche, but I think my fave has to be Born To Kill.
  16. Why did you have to put these 2 songs together? Fearless.
  17. Mecca and the White House.
  18. Beirut, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Freetown, Kigali, Tokyo, Bogota, Mexico City, Highbury Stadium
  19. I heard him play this at Calgary Folkfest and I absolutely love it.
  20. Matt played for half an hour.
  21. Here is the setlist, in order, thanks to my sweet notepad function on my cell phone: New Song Avalanche In a World Called Catastrophe Hopeless Strange Days If I Was a Tidal Wave Hurt Apparitions I too am fucking cold and wet.
  22. I have a bootleg with the "sweet I'm sleepy" lyrics on a CD somewhere, and if I can find it somewhere, I'll upload it.
  23. Amen. I see no reason why this thread shouldn't be deleted. These replies coming from people who have made a combined 30 posts. Thanks for the input fuckers, but suck my nuts. Post count means shit all, my friend, it's all about your attitude.
  24. In Utero>Nevermind
  25. I retract "Hotel California" and in it's place, I choose "Boys of Summer" by Don Henley.
