Yeah, I'm kinda grossed out at how much Nelly Furtado seemingly sold out. She went from this cute, boho sorta girl, with an interesting voice to To someone with skanky vocals, clothes, crappy covers, who can't dance (Did you see the Maneater video? Can you say Elaine Dance? *shudder*)

Other than looking like a prison, there are a lot of good programs @ SFU. I personally took the SFU Surrey, Interactive Arts program, which is really, quite amazing, although not as amazing as when it was a TechBC (now defunct) program. If you're into computer animation, audio/visual production, New Media Design and/or graphic design, I would suggest you check it out.

I remember having to watch Waking Life for a project in University, and yes, it was an amazing film, I hadn't seen anything like that before, and A Scanner Darkly's treatment was perfect.

Personally what annoyed me so much about my experience, was my doctor's insistence that I did *not* need therapy or counsel in any sort of way, I merely needed drugs. So she prescribed Effexor to me in low dosage, and when I came in for check ups and told her I thought it wasn't working, she just continued to amp the dosage, until I was on the highest dosage possible. And all it did was make me miserable for a year. I wonder if other people have a problem with doctors seemingly blindly prescribing anti-depressants, like it's the magic key that will fix everything...

Mm, yeah, definately, I know Effexor has helped a lot of people out, but I just had a really, horrible experience with it. I hated the tablets, because you had to take them twice a day or something, and if you missed a dose, there was extreme hell to pay. and coming off them was quite possibly the worst experience of my life, I wish it on no one.

I think the higher doses are in capsules. Cos my lower doses were in little pink tablets...and then when I took to taking the higher doses, they came in capsules. That being said. I hate Effexor.
