  1. No, we got snow on Monday. It rained tonight. Tomorrow it'll probably all freeze over. Hilarity will ensue. Have you worn a suit in the last 24 hours?
  2. I just got back from the Johnny Cash biopic, and it was pretty sweet. Joaquin Phoenix does an amazing job of impersonating Johnny Cash, right down to the vocals and mannerisms. I was really impressed. Go see it. 4.5/5
  3. Walk the Line. Fuck yeah!
  4. I was never good at managing time. No, just kinda elite in general. Are you going to see Walk The Line tomorrow?
  5. I don't think there's any swearing on Loser Anthems.
  6. September 5, 2005. It was the day I finished the first draft of my goddamn IB essay. Is IB (International Baccalaureate) crippling your life, too?
  7. This is true. I don't think Power 97 censors Strange Days or Load Me Up.
  8. I know what you mean with that, although I think it's more stylistic than unintentional (if you're refering to the nasal thingy he does). Try and find the songs Where Do We Go, Super Tuesday, and A Better World. The vocals are a bit smoother.
  9. Because chicken>turkey. Is there snow on the ground where you live?
  10. How about some jazz? Try Charles Mingus or Miles Davis circa 1969-1973 (Bitches Brew and A Tribute to Jack Johnson are both brilliant).
  11. The Shazam are an awesome band out of Nashville (and they're NOT country). They've been around for the last 10 years or so. If you're into classic rock like the Who or the Beatles, then I'd recommend them to you. Their best album (in my opinion) is Godspeed the Shazam, although their last album, Tomorrow the World comes pretty close. Really rocking music, to say the least. http://www.myspace.com/theshazam http://www.theshazam.com/ ;)
  12. My grandfather always used to say, "if a kid gets uppish, beat them with a sack of oranges. Teaches them a lesson and doesn't leave a mark."
  13. Kryptonite. Bill O'Reilly or Ann Coulter?
  14. I can't wait to be the first president of Canada. I'll agitate Quebec into separating and then invade and impose martial law. That'll teach those Bloc bastards.
  15. Poor daddy, he never gets no rest.
  16. Beautiful Midnight, hands down. It's an incredibly solid album with great songs that actually fit together and flow pretty well.
  17. That was actually one of the first things that got my attention when I bought WLR&RR. The musical abilities seem to have been kicked up a notch for that record, not so much for Avalanche like you said.
  18. Or hilarious as sin and scary as hell?
