I'd be down for a CD exchange. Heck, I'd be down for an incredibly random exchange. Then again, I live right above a post office, and have bubble mailers, so CDs would be cheap to send.

Favourite Matt Good Exclamations During A Song
Kenwell replied to Devil On Rollerskates's topic in Matthew Good
I think that it goes something like, "press, the little red button. It is pressed? The little bed rutt..." and "Just go." follows that. I am assuming that "the little red button" is the "record" button. -

Dala
Kenwell replied to Moonlight_Graham's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
Absolutely love Dala! They are incredibly chill and down to earth as well, which is nice to find in musicians. And it's always awesome when a band's live show sounds even better than the music that they release on CD. -
Burning A Dvd File
Kenwell replied to Moonlight_Graham's topic in Tech Section: A Hard Drive at Risk
From what I understand, VOB files are essentially RAW DVD files. So, they shouldn't need any converting when burning them. If you're using Nero and trying to burn a DVD, you should be able to drag and drop all the files into the video_ts folder that Nero sets up for every DVD. If you're using single layer DVDs (DVD-5, or 4.36GB) I would only recommend a few episodes per disc. If you're using dual layer DVDs (DVD-9) then double that. If Lost is roughly a 47 minute show, I personally would have no more than 4 episodes per disc. -
According to http://www.ottawacitizen.com/entertainment...9969/story.html , Matthew Good is playing Ottawa Bluesfest this year! There's no official word on what day MG is playing, but I was wondering what people's thoughts are on this. Also if anyone saw Matt's Bluesfest show from previous years, how was it? I'm a big fan of Bluesfest, and will definitely be there.

I've always held a place in my heart for Crackerman. Their set at the 2009 Bluesfest was amazing! -
The next gig I will be seeing is The Spades on May 28th. The next concert will probably be Bluesfest, or something like it. What is your favourite line of poetry?

Bare Naked Ladies
Kenwell replied to borntohula's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I must say, my favourite song off of A Singer Must Die is Page's cover of Paranoid Android. It's like some crazy psychedelic experience...which might explain why he's not in BNL currently, haha. -

I didn't mind the album. It is a little more serious at times than other releases they've had. I would highly recommend it over Steven Page's solo album of covers called "A Singer Must Die." I think the one thing about the BNL album that threw me off, was the other guys in the band getting vocal time. I'm used to hearing mainly Ed and Steve, and it was weird to hear Kevin singing. I recommend it, but I liked the single. -
http://www.engadget.com/2009/11/25/how-to-...ur-ipod-iphone/ This seems to be a pretty decent guide. If all else fails, I'm sure someone can "find" the album for you...unless it's a compilation that you made.
