Scattered Black and Whites- Elbow

Radiohead is another one of my favourite bands aside from Matt. I recently came across something pretty cool, it's a Jonny Greenwood cd, no vocals, and i think it's a soundtrack to a film. The cd's called "Bodysong", so is anyone else a radiohead fan? it's kind of interesting to see what other music people who share a common artist like.

their new song didn't impress me that much, but i do love all the old stuff. Happiness is not a fish that you can catch. why does matt hate olp so much?

yeah sorry for being incompetent, but help is required. i think my computer has a setting where it doesn't ask me where i want to save it to, because when i click it just loads it doesn't save. how do i fix it?

i personally think it's fun, i mean it's just soothing to listen to. but no go ahead and bash, you're right it's a fansite. we're all matt lovers here, we understand that beauty of his music so there is more love than hate going on. i think if anything that makes us more entitled to say what we don't like than others. i get pissed off when people who hate him complain. haha does that make sense at all?

this movie was kickass. hollywood written all over it obviously, but it was pretty damn hot. i want to marry a hitman...

great movie, i mean you couldn't help but compare it to the original. and gene wilder will always be willy wonka no matter what movie he's in. i liked the humour i think Depp played the part well, he was a little creepy i admit but it was amusing. now those oompa loompas were CRACKED OUT.

i never thought myself a fan of Seinfeld, but last night two of my friends and i had a movie night and after watching Fargo we went full into the Seinfeld archives and man did we watch a lot. i now appreciate it on a whole new level. when did the audience start clapping everytime someone walked into Jerry's apartment? got kind of annoying.

i liked that too. has he come out with anything else? because i remember that being his first novel. i also enjoyed the Catcher in the Rye i had a phase where i wanted to read classics, even though that's up for debate but whatever an american classic if you will. i think you either love it or hate it because a lot of people think it was trying too hard. it was sorta the rest book i read in that direction.

i felt so stupid buying the book at Chapter's only because it was so typical, but hey i had to read it. what can i say i liked it, i mean apart from the fact that Rowling is slowly killing all the best characters...Sirius was the shiz. critics should lay off, i'm not saying she's an exceptional writer, but it's entertaining. and i heard that the book sales raked in more than the estimated success of 2 movies that came out that weekend Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and another movie.

THE trumpet man Mr. Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, Charlie Parker mayhap you'd like Dizzy Gillespie, Art Blakey, Herbie Hancock, Mingus, Monk. and oh so much more. if you want vocal jazz, try: Etta James, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Molly Johnson (check her out my old teacher plays in her band). okay there is too much to name hope that helps a bit.

Has anyone read this? I'm about to start it probably after writing this post. I have to admit i don't really understand existentialism yet, what do you guys think about the whole absurdity idea? I'm having a hard time my head getting around how you can believe there is no reason for living, and then have this existentialist book that could supposedly convince anyone out of commiting suicide. discuss.

i read that either last summer or the summer before, there's an amazing poem in there. i enjoyed it more the second time around.
