  1. that "raw classic rock sound" vibe you get from him would be more british classic rock (a la led zeppelin, the who, etc) as opposed to any kind of american rock.
  2. sometimes acronyms aren't useful.
  3. maybe you're listening to it wrong. maybe it's; "you're sparkling, spot hasn't caught on" the one thing i've noticed about matt's writing and singing style is that he likes to combine sentences together to get that lyrical flow. he'd make a good rapper.
  4. are you their sole male groupie?
  5. hedley's been an "indie band that's breaking out a new album" for like 3 years.
  6. POST PICS!
  7. why, if you ever become famous, you'll end up in the same category as default or the like..
  8. its probably a little more from column a and less from column b. i think he DOES read this messageboard... that being said; matt, i'll see you and your wifey in seattle.... we're gonna get shittered at coldplay, buddy.
  9. there he is.
  10. a simple distraction, possibly?
  11. note; to: dan cc: the bored a lot of self control has been needed to keep my "rude, uneccesary" comments at bay, and my warning level lower than 33% (whatever that means). your picture isnt helping one bit.
  12. well, if it is picturize then the third line makes no sense. "close..." what up? know what i mean?
  13. but what if it IS the extended version, eh?....... eh?...... eh?
  14. i'll leave the answer to that question in your capable hands.
  15. yes it drug on. yes owen wilson and vince vaughn play the same characters every time. yes it was unneccesarily sappy yes it was predictable almost every comedian in rfecent history has had the same style. guess why. because it sells. vince vaughn had probably about a half a dozen decently funny monologues throughout the length of this flick, and they made me laugh. it might not have been as good as a movie produced by james cameron that has a budget of $200,000,000 and takes place in ancient rome 400 years ago, but who cares? i had a few laughs and killed an hour or so. when you really think about it, its a lot better than smoking a rock of crack and sketching out for the same amount of time for the same amount of bucks.
  16. i will always love jesse. post pics!
  17. shipping gold and selling gold are two different things.... artists dont get paid/rewarded on how many albums umusic ships.
  18. you probably made it talk dirty to you, didnt you?
  19. i just listened to the extended version... it's DEFINETLY "open your eyes..."
  20. Lol...I think White Light sold less than 35,000. So if many people don't pick up on In A Coma at first, I think the special edition will be around for a fair amount of time. i thought it sold gold in canada? isnt gold 100,000? i remember this because he posted a picture of the crew with reps from umusic with the hardware. i also agree that the s.e. will be around for a bit...meaning everyone who wants one will get ones. and i'm pretty sure everyone here will all go out and buy it the day it's released.
  21. they can follow suit, but they wont be successful. and as they say in the working world... success is key.
  22. i can completely understand how. i'm flat out rude. what i can't understand is how you consider confirming your hate for me, "bashing" me. edit: and yeah, staying on topic, i think it would be awesome if the cover art featured the bunny, but it will probably be a huge picture of the beautiful matthew good. also, here's food for thought.... he is only under contract for one more album with universal... do you think hes putting out this one to get out, then go indie?
