guitar, drums, play a wicked egg shaker, missing Matt's beautiful renditions of Future is X-Rated, and others he used to tweak at his shows-- (i'll be a fan of his music even when he starts singing folk songs again, but i do confess i long for albums like Beautiful Midnight and AudioOB again) Still wishin he'd sacrifice the high notes and sing While We Were Hunting Rabbits live. oh yea, and hockey, Family Guy (i'm the guy with stewie on the hood of his car) and poetry.

I wouldn't mind if 'can't get shot' was released home-recorded, raw music can be more intimate and effective. I remember when the matt good site had 'dusk' and 'can't get shot' playing in the background of the homepage, and despite the quality they sounded great. is there a way to get those 2 songs? (i tried going to itunes but it said that page was timed out) and couldnt find the dusk release
  3. maybe Matt has mentioned it? maybe i'm the only curious one? i'd like to hear some opinions though, its one of my favorite songs of his. let me know what your deep thoughts are

I just saw the track listings for the In a Coma collection, and I didn't see "can't get shot in the back" or "dusk" in there... is Matt not going to release both of those amazing tracks? (i've heard him play "can't get shot.." in concert and its better live, but since he rarely tours near me I want to be able to have a copy of the song
  5. I saw MG in St. Catherines a few years ago, and he did some amazing versions of Future is X-Rated and some other remixes of his songs; the way he sang them was incredible (he made them more slow and melodic) his voice is what i think one of his major appeals is.. so i'm wondering why he changed his sound to a classic rock old-fashioned "american" sound- when he's always been bashing america and its generic music.. did he become the shark to defeat the shark? ;)
