i don't understand why it's such a problem to people for others to do something that makes them feel better on the day one of their heros or someone they greatly respect died, but some people are just like that.

how is making a thread about it making a big deal out of his death? haha. i wasn't moping around all day 'cause john lennon died 27 years ago, i was just like 'oh hey. john lennon died. he was a good person, that sucks". and then i got pumped when they played a beatles song at the show i was at last night.

it makes sense to me. you're mourning his death on the day he was shot. you could remember him every other day in the year, but mourn him on the day he died.
