  1. according to the writers of the show neil flynn, who plays the janitor, never says anything from the script. he just improvises every line
  2. I saw something similar to that the other day. LOTGA, beautiful midnight, underdogs, avalanche and AoB all made this other guy's list: http://www.amazon.ca/exec/obidos/tg/listma...4982652-1567567
  3. The ONLY thing that disappoints me is that All Together isn't on the track listing
  4. he changed the banner again so the inacoma.ca thing is back up
  5. I too would like it. I've looked at the guitar tab for it, but I think that the piano might follow more the bass tab I have for it. I'm considering writing out some piano music for it. I know what the root chords are so I'm just working on the inbetween notes more or less.
  6. What does it mean if they're darker/lighter?
  7. I think (although I may be wrong) that when Chris said 'eastern dominated' he meant the central east, as in Ontario. I usually use the same tag when talking about political domination and, instead, label the maritimes as... The Maritimes or maybe the atlantic provinces.
  8. I just hope the little music stores near my school downtown will be selling the 3disc version and not just the disc with the singles. I already know I'm gonna buy about 3 sets for people
  9. ...only if both chicks are hot
  10. Why wasn't HEART one of the poll options? Mind seems to fit best given the meaning the rest of the song seems to have.
  11. Back when I used to be the Simpsons quotemaster I would've chosen that. If family guy was more than just another hilarious cartoon series, I would've chosen that. Scrubs is the best show ever.
  12. that's pretty funny
  13. Martin acoustics are good too
  14. Judas Priest - The Ripper (I really dont like them, but this song rules)
  15. David Usher - black black heart
  16. fender precision fender jazz is a great choice too I'm thinking of buying an acoustic bass. Any suggestions as to what kind to get (keeping in mind I'm not loaded)? I had my eye on a nice epiphone acoustic bass the other day. I also noticed a pretty good acoustic fender.
  17. The only big store in my town that would almost surely have In A Coma, as it's a new release, would be Music World. But it has no website. ;)
  18. I like to listen to a wide variety of music so that I'm influenced by many different bass techniques. Personally, I prefer not using a pick unless it's really needed. The one thing that blows my mind is that I just don't understand how Flea can jump around on stage and go completely frantic and yet still keep the precision he does on bass. It's unreal. And is that a les paul, jesse?
  19. Thanks a lot Sean. I already PM'd a 'thank you'. And Elliot, fascinating. Although I do have 2 last names, so we only have half a last name in common.
  20. so what? we all just forget about this thread as soon as i post something?...
  21. Unless you were a very good person in your life... Haha. Does anyone remember when Tony Pierce did that whole talking to Kurt Cobain thing on the busblog... Anway, back to topic... 5 I've seen: Matthew Good Rolling Stones AC/DC John Ellis The Psychedelicacies 5 I'd like to: The Who Bob Dylan (back in the 60s preferably) Pixies Led Zeppelin (with Bonham resurrected) Pink Floyd
  22. i thought only i noticed that! and i swear, the chorus sounds like "whole lotta sockcrotch"
  23. I'm gonna be all proud when I ditch school one september morning to go buy In A Coma. I'll probably just walk back to school and listen to it through all my classes.
  24. such great heights - postal service
