Ok wtf. I'm assuming Matt hangs out with Dale Jr., aka THE Dale Jr., mr super Nascar racer.

 

How did this happen? Every time he mentioned something about Dale or Dale Jr i just thought he meant the Dale Mugford dude on his blog.

The way I understood it, Dale was a fan, and when they met, they hit it off and have been friends. And one can be liberal and a fan of NASCAR. Just as one can be a Matt Good fan and still stereotype people. ;)

Dale mentioned in an interview not too long ago, that he thought that the racing weekends should have more musical entertainment, and that he'd love to bring some of his favorite artists...Matt certainly falls into that category.
