  1. I'd like a live album that is one show but with some purely acoustic tracks and some with a backing band. That would capture Matt best.
  2. Am I the only one who really likes A Single Explosion? I mean I know it's the first track Matt streamed from the site, but I still can't get enough of it. I've listened one time all the way through and about halfway through here at work. An mazing album, can't wait for it!
  3. ohh snap!!
  4. i think i put that song on a mix cd for girlfriend once, but that's about it. I agree it's filler and that's about it.
  5. it's gotta be ex-pats, and there was that Coming Out in Purple song that I just couldn't stand, but that one is really old.
  6. even living right near canada in michigan no one knows who he is. except those i have told.

i liked MGB for what it was but I really enjoy matt getting back to his roots. I'd love to see more acoustic stuff from him. Maybe like the last few tracks on loser anthems.
  8. yes indeed, that is a very good thing about living so close to the canadian border, the awesome music. then again i have to deal with crap like nickelback too....
  9. yesh, more piano would've been great...i love the piano in house of smoke and mirrors, and i think matt should use it more in future work.
  10. I didn't do this but my friend stood for close to 3 hours on crutches waiting for matt to play in Hamiliton a few years ago. Then he stood another 2 hours while matt played. What a trooper.
  11. it's not like i hated the new NAFL, but it's a rocking song and it was just a bit of a drag listening to the new version
