MSTRKRFT was the side project of one of the guys from the band. I suppose now it's his only project. And yes, it's a remix, and a damn sexy one at that. Meg knows. I sent it to her.

Unfortunately it's like 3 songs with multiple remixes. That's the only thing that's prevented me from buying it so far.

I don't see myself ever buying a remixes album, that's stupid.

It depends. Bloc Party's remix album looks interesting because they had different people remix every single song on the album, while DFA1979 just did a few songs over and over. I've seen this with other artists too, Feist for example.

nin's remix albums are cool. some are remixes, some are more like spin offs.
