Some close at 1, others close at 2.

 

Mostly 2am.

 

I think some are allowed to be open til 3. I'm not 100% sure on that one.

 

I've been out at around 3am and it's totally busy on the streets.

Pet Peeve. Laziness. I have too many projects due in one week and no motivation to do them.
