I'll get a re-done Carmelina up within a couple of days. I'm also going to record a couple of other acoustic versions, plus Can't Get Shot In The Back just because I love it, even though I think someone else might be doing it.

Well, you can upload them to a site like putfile.com or yousendit.com in the meanwhile and when we'll get all the finished tracks, we'll make cover art and set up a sepcial page for it somewhere, maybe on NF.

Give it a bit of time. I realize it's been a while since we started this but it's not very often board members take up something like this; I think all of us participating want to make what we're working on the best quality it can be.

 

For me I'm guessing I have about a month left of work. I'm done the instrumental up to the second chorus. Beyond there I only have the bass and rhythm guitar done and a rough copy of an ending that feels like it would benefit from an Explosions in the Sky type finish. So needless to say that will add some time on.

 

I'll try to throw an update on here sometime soon.

I'm going to try something tonight, I have no idea what though. I'll dig through my iTunes tonight and try and find a song I want to do.

 

I'd also love to have a hand in the cover work, I'm not too shabby with Photoshop. Do we have any sort of images we want to use, or an official title for the project?

No, we don't have anything yet. I think it's best to wait until we have enough tracks to actually make an album out of it and then we'll think about the cover art and such.
