[reckoner]

if i can decide on whcih song i would like to tackle, i could have one by the end of this weekend.

[heyrabbit]

Cool Edit Pro lol, its a fairly simple program.

could you send it to me? I'd be forever grateful

[reckoner]

care to do the same for myself?

[Shiri]

I believe Cool Edit Pro is what they now call Adobe Audition, no?

Wow, nice job man; I enjoyed that.

I'm not sure if it was just the recording equipment you were useing but I like the airiness in the song and the odd echo on the guitar where the chord changes occur at certain points.

If could suggest one thing though it would be to go back and adjust the volume on your vocals seeing as there are certain points where it's difficult of hard to hear what's being said.

[heyrabbit]

yeah good job man, that synth is pretty cool

[Moonlight_Graham]

god dammit!!! How come every link i click on the song is either gone or the Yousendit has expired!!! bah!

peeps should put this on a website or something.

[Longroad]

Ah it expired no one ever said anything about it so I just let it die... but thanks for the comments guys I appreciate it. I'm going to do what you suggested daniel v, and raise the volume of the vocals, or just re-record them.

and for Moonlight Graham I uploaded it again to yousendit... here you go:

You need to start screaming into that mic man. The song is great but I need to crank the volume on my computer just to hear your voice.

[Longroad]

I know I'm terrible at recording and I'm only using the built in mic on my imac to do it... so I'm working with crap equipment.. but I can raise the volume in garageband next time I record something.

[mgb7m3]

good work on "throw away"...do you have any original songs we could listen to? Not being sarcastic, just curious.

[Longroad]

thanks much appreciated ;) as of right now I don't have anything I feel comfortable with posting of my own work as I am terrible at lyrics... however I do have an instrumental I did if anyone is curious to hear that...

[mgb7m3]

i would most def. like to hear what you got.

[Longroad]

ok but it is kind of slow paced so be patient with the song lol ... it's one of my earlier ones...

oh and if you haven't already I'd appreciate your opinion on my cover of Metal Airplanes I did. I posted that under the "showcase revue" section. (thanks ;) )

i sing and play guitar, i would be willing to one, most likely born to kill acoustic, please contact me [email protected] if you go through with this.

[bishopx]

I'll play bass and do some backing vocals...I've always wanted to do Double Life or Everything is Automatic.

[mgb7m3]

I can whistle ;)

[slegros]

I'll see if my jazz band is up for a cover or two. We have done rock covers before on our possibly last tour.

[badlittlemonkeyboy]

Is it too late to submit . . . I started working on an Acoustic version of the future is x rated but have not gotten back to it in a few week . . I need to finish it . . . been very busy . .

[goodbanding]

Has the project already come to an end ?

It would be fine to have a complete CD with all the songs.

Greetings from icy germany

Jens

[yakasushii]

i don't think it's done.

how about sending the music to matt too?

this is a very touching and thoughtful idea =)

[Paranoid Android]

Is there anywhere where we can submit the tunes anymore?
