Spiderman 3

I read in the newspaper that they have not decided which villian to use in Spiderman 3. I would like to see Venom in it. What do y'all think?

Well, I'd like to see Carnage, but we need to see the Venom storyline for that to happen.

As far as I've heard, Tomas Haden Church (Sideways, Wings) will play the villian. Whilst the movie is expected for a May 2007 release.

Venom would be pretty cool, and they introduces that astronaut guy in the last movie.

 

But hey I'm happy doc oc was always my fav when watching the cartoon as a kid. (The really old one)

I heard that this will be directors' Sam Raimi last foray into the Spiderman movies. He's supposed to focus on developing his horor movie production company and get other projects on screen (Evil Dead 4).

I'd like to see Venom, though i think it would be cooler for Venom to make a scary cameo in the next movie and then be the main villian in #4. I was actually hoping for a cameo in #2.

 

I also think Mysterio would be cool. As would Hobgoblin.

I'd like to see the Scorpion, but i think Venom and Carnage would prove the most interesting, and would act as more of a continuing storyline.

 

I thought they had decided on who the villian was going to be, but they hadn't made it public.

 

Now that i think back, Eddie Brock (Venom), Harry (Green Goblin), and Dr. Connors (the Lizard) have all been introduced/mentioned so far...

I can only see the Wings guy as The Lizard.

But the doctor is the lizard, so the wings guy would have had already to be in the movie.

 

I think it will be Venom, souly because way too many people would be disapointed if it wasnt.

Yeah, they intruduced the Lizard (Dr. Conners) in the second movie and the actor sure wasn't Thomas Hayden Church.

Thomas Hayden Church is in the movie but they are unsure of which villian he will play. I also heard a rumour that Spiderman 3 will feature more than one villian. I haven't heard anything about Sam Raimi not wanting to continue the series but Kirsten Dunst said she'd only do 3.

Kirsten Dunst MJ. I can't picture Spiderman without her.

 

Thomas Haden Church actually looks like Eddie Brock, so i would expect Venom.

 

I also expect a smaller sub-plot with the Lizard. Maybe a little mis-adventure or something. That could prove interesting, having a few villians pop up here and there in the films, but the movie mainly focuses on one villian.

Apparently Kraven the Hunter is a top candidate. In my opinion that's not a good idea.

No, I never liked Kraven. That would be a bad story line. They should go with Venom; let's just hope it turns out that way.

I doubt Kraven. He wasn't as well-known as the others, nor was he a fan-favourite, thought what'shisface does look the part of Kraven. He also did George of the Jungle, didn't he?

Then it should be Lizard, which has already been intruduced in Spiderman 2, and it was a different actor. Don't feel like looking for his name right now.

Exactly. People love Venom and Carnage. They're two of the most popular villians in Spiderman comics. If they went with a less popular villian, the general audience won't want to watch.

Im pretty sure its goign to be hugely popular no matter who the villian is. I also would love to see some x-men cameos or some other marvel characters making an appearance.

they should've got rid of kirsten dunst before they shot the first film. she's a horrible actress and has no expression whatsoever. mary jane is supposed to be a hotass actress/model lady. i think the only qualifications she has to being mary jane is that she doesnt tower over toby mcguire...
