I can't say I agree with you. I am sure many will disagree with me, but "So Long Mrs. Smith" hardly ever gets played by me. I always felt it was filler.

Matt must enjoy it... seeing as it's popped up on recent tours. Can't be filler just a lil' track. I quite like it. Simple and short.

I absolutely love it... but It's kind of a dissapointing track to listen to because it feels unfinished (to me). It's such a great song, and then the way it fades out, it kind of feels like a preview or something. Obviously the way it is, is the way it was intended, but it just feels like more of an idea to me than a whole song. It's really unfortunate because it's such a great start.

I agree that it seems unfinished in some way, but I have to admit I'm so used to it the way it is, that I don't think it should be changed.

to me, being simple and raw and 'unfinished', is what gives it its character, makes it more real in a sense I guess. Its near the top of the most played songs by mg for me anyways.

It's perfect just how it is. A nice little epilogue for the EP, and a short homage to his earlier roots. Great song regardless about youth and innocence.

I just listened to this today for the first time in a long time. I have to say, it doesn't have the same unfinshed feel that Man From Harold Wood has. It is a short song but it seems to say everything it needs to.

I totally agree with you, I've always liked this song and never felt it was unfinished. Raw, yes, but it's what gives it character. That being said, I haven't listened to MG/B in a very long time.

I recall thinking of this song as boring but lately I'm enjoying it quite a bit.
