Setlist was:

Main set: Metal Airplanes, Avalanche, Born Losers, Silent Army in the Trees->Black Helicopters, She's in it for the Money, Strange Days, Load Me Up, I'm a Window, 99% of us is Failure, Apparitions

Encore 1: Champions of Nothing, Moon Over Marin, True Love Will Find You in the End

Encore 2: Generation X-Wing, Advertising on Police Cars

After Born Losers, he said he screwed up the song because he was thinking about what would be on spectre vision back at the hotel.

At one point he joked that he thought it'd be really funny to play stuff that no one had ever heard for three hours. And started singing 'Unicorns are my favorite fucking animals even though don't exist and never have fucking existed...'

Silent Army is incredible and he leads it right into Black Helicopters.

Moon Over Marin seemed pretty spontaneous, but was really great to hear. There's a really beautiful area in the Bay Area just over the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco called Marin county. So that was cool.

I'm crossing my fingers for some songs I didn't hear in Buffalo last October.

It's Been A While Since I Was Your Man, Sort of a Protest Song, Indestructible, Bright End of Nowhere, Fated, Tripoli, and Advertising on Police Cars would be welcome among awesome additions to the New York City setlist.

Hey all, new poster but longtime MG fan. I am SO VERY excited that he's finally coming to the US on tour, since I've never been able to afford to go see him in Canada!

Anyway, (I hope this is allowed) I live in DC but bought 2 tickets to the Tin Angel because for ages that was the last show listed (and a show I could actually viably travel to). Finally Matt listed a show at Iota in Arlington, which is literally 2 blocks from me. *cheers* So...now I need to sell my Philly tix, because much as I'd love to go to 2 shows in a row, I can't really afford it. Any takers? I talked to Tin Angel and there's an easy way to transfer the tickets (they are will-call) and I'll knock 4 bucks off if someone will take them off my hands. Please PM me or email me at [email protected] if you're interested.

(Again, moderators or whoever, please let me know if this is inappropriate or should be in a different thread.)

Thanks!

Nice to see another DC-area Matt Good fan!

I can't buy your tickets, but I hope someone does, and welcome!

What! Another DC-area fan? Wow. I only know ONE person outside of myself in this area who knows/loves MG. He's originally from Buffalo, so he got to see some shows when he lived there (lucky). Are you going to the Iota show?
