How can't he? He played The Rat Who Would Be King (which he sang perfectly) when he was in Saskatoon last year and those vocals are way harder to pull off. He means that he can't pull them off because there's so much echoing and background singing and stuff. Would require too much equipment and backup singers. Edit: Upon listening to the song more closely, he probably COULD pull it off, and it would be a very very different song, as the first one is extremely orchestral.

Because it needs to accomodate idiotic students who don't actually wanna be there and remain 'equal' to those that do. Are you or have you ever been in a band?

I dunno, I always considered Broken the worst of the Demos. Folksinger, If Birds Don't Fly Straight and Whispering in the Dark are the only songs that really strike me. And I love You Are Here, but I think I'm in the minority there.

Hmmm....Lullaby by APC was kinda weird if you weren't expecting it, uh, ...Of Silence by Sonata Arctica is weird, and Wildfire by the same band has a pretty creepy intro. But the winner is some song called 'The Superman Song' and it's like 7 minutes of breathing and weid machine clicks and a really scary laugh. Dunno who it's by or the actual name, but a friend of mine had it on her computer. Weird shit. What fascinates you most? Astronomy, Biology or Chem?
