Boxers all the way. Do you look at pornography?

I despise Dusk, though I don't really know. As for the poll, I said All Together. it just has this whole creepy vibe that's amazing.

I am in a band and I play drums. What instrument (if any) can you play?

Uh actually, you're paying 410. You're LOSING 100 bucks on the other phone, not making 180. Sure, 180 is going into your pocket, but 280 left it. its all about return, my friend. i'm getting something worth $499 plus tax for $310 including it. i'm selling my old one that i bought for $280 for $180. $310-$180 is $130. you've never owned a car or anything of value, have you? Ok, let's look at it in the grand scheme of things. Step 1: You buy your L6 for $280 (money: -$280) Step 2: You sell your L6 for $180 (Money: -$100) Step 3: You spend $310 on your new phone (Money: -$410) That's it. You're still getting a good deal if the phone normally retails for $499 like you say, but it's not as good of a deal as you're making it out to be. No matter how you look at it, you basically threw $100 bucks away on your old phone. Yes you got some time and use out of it, for sure, but I'm speaking from a strictly monetary standpoint.

Hmmmm, I don't really know what you'd categorize as 'pop', but I will answer your previous question of what song I oike that I'd never admit too. "A Whole New World" from the Aladdin Soundtrack. It's good ok!? leave me alone. Single or taken?

She's just been in the 'employees only' room with Jarrod a lot. I've heard the noises, you can't hide it.

I just finished 13 pages or Sociological Cross-Tabulation and data analysis. It's due in 6 hours, and it cost me my entire night to do it. Off to bed I go to try and get at least 1 REM cycle going. Night!

Don't be an idiot. Picking a fight with an almost entire stranger just because he was a bit perverted towards some girl is really, really stupid. Not worth the consequences.

Awesomesauce. I'm sure you'll have a grand time.

I like how Matt sings "And what have I become, my sweetest friend? Everyone I know goes away in the end..." It adds some much needed dynamics to the song.

Rilo Kiley - The Good That Won't Come Out was the first thing that came to my mind, but I'm sure there's better Edit: Anything by The Eagles or Don Henley would rock. Imagine a Matt Good version of Desperado or Hotel California? I think he could do a good Get Over It too.

Just bought it. Sounds pretty damn good, thanks Anton.

I alllllmost see it. But not quite, no. Like, if you didn't have him there for comparison, or if I saw you walking down the street, I would never be like 'wow! that guy looks like Edward Norton!' Speaking of which, American Histroy X is my favourite movie of all time, and Fight Club is up there too.

1. Justice is supposed to be the 'balancing' of some sort of metaphysical scales. This makes it differ from pure vengeance. If you do something damaging to society, then the justice system says you must give back to it in an amount roughly equal to how much you hurt it. Stealing hurts society less than murdering someone, and this is why the penalty is less severe. Less punishment needs to be inflicted to 'balance the scales'. 2. What is 'socially acceptable' differs from culture to culture, and even from individual to individual. A good example is Dr. Kevorkian. Some people feel that he did nothing wrong, and that his actions were not socially deplorable. Others feel he committed a crime against society. Thus, how is he to be judged, and what justice, if any, should have been affected upon him? 3. Because of the differing views accross cultures, it is difficult to enforce a universal justive. In Afghanistan, women are treated in a way that would be horribly unjust in Western society, and yet they are not punished for it. Therefore, though most societies have a justice system, they often differ so greatly, that I don't think they can all be called part of the same global justice. 4. It has evolved in some ways and devolved in others. There really isn't much more to say. For every abolishment of the death penalty, there is a corrupt judge or lawyer. For every advance in DNA evidence, there is an appeal loophole. I could go on about this for a long time, but I'll stop here.
