Here's an interesting topic for discussion: A lot of Matt Good songs repeat the same general theme of the lyrics, but change some things. This can be seen in SWW, Bright End of Nowhere, a Long ay Down, etc. So which do you prefer? I've got a psychic, she says I'm lonely, she says my destiny is turning out all wrong I've got a psychic, she says I'm lonely, she says inside of me is turning out all wrong SO now I just sit and think of meaningless things to say So now I just sit and think of meaningful things to say. Personally, I like the destiny and meaningful lines the best.

I dunno, I think 'some other man's business with some other man's wrongs' makes more sense. I interpret it as the notion that we're getting bombed or destroyed or hurt or whatever because someone else was sticking their nose in the morality of someone else. I dunno. I'd like to hear an interpretation of yours. I like the lyrics better, but they just don't seem to make sense in context. "If only it was raining water and not no educated bombs cuz the sum of a man's business is some other man's wrongs." I don't really get it. In fact, how can one person's business be summed up by someone elses wrongs?

Sure thing. These ones are all covers, but we have about 10 originals so far, it's pretty cool. We just haven't recorded them yet. Our riginals are in a slightly different direction than these songs. They're quite acoustically driven and very jazzy/bluesey in feel and structure. The lineup is me (Owen) on Drums, Matt on guitar and occasional backup vocals, Dana on lead vocals and either guitar, piano or trumpet, and Stacey on backup vocals, guitar, piano or bass. These recording are from our first jam session together, so they're rather unpolished, but hopefully we'll get a few more recordings down in the near future and you guys can hear our orignal material. it's true. it's a great opener but it's more fun working for it i think! Exxxxactly. As for main openers, I think it's best to start fast paced, so I voted Put Out Your Lights. Though at the Toronto show I went too a while ago, he opened with solo acoustic Apparitions and it brought down the house.

I voted The Fall of Man. It's an incredible song with some very strong dynamics. Rorschach Test is amazing too; the drum beat is cool. Also, Bright End of Nowhere is very underrated, I think it's one of the best tunes on Avalanche.
