that's right, the voting system is a bit weird because it doesnt really explain how many votes you need in order to win the elections, or how much load each of the votes has... it depends on the State where you are living in (which is NOT democratic at all): some votes have more importance than others. For example, for some reason (and I wouldnt know how to answer this question), the votes in Florida have much more importance than in other states (that's why, when Bush stole the last elections, everything was decided taking into account the votes in Florida, and didnt really matter the votes in other states)... I don't understand this: democracy means that EVERYBODY is the same, with the same rights and obligations... but that's a utopia, right? The USA the most democratic country in the world? Huh!

It is pretty obvious that that bar or whatever it is was only concerned with the money the concert could've given them... I hate that "money mind" to justify everything!!! ;) They don't even respect two of Matt's teeth were chipped AND that it was his birthday... F them O!!!

can you imagine it? :angry: suddenly finding a post called "Hello, this is Matt" and having Matt writing something? ;)

well, just take it as we are nice people that you can always talk to ;) so your being home won't be boring having us around :angry:

well, maybe we should tell him to "stop by" and have a look ;-) actually, i mentioned about NF when I sent him that bd wish e-mail I sent him, so if he has time, he may be interested in having a look at it... he should, he's got a bunch of good people here and good fans too, dont you think so? ;)

I've got many who meant (or mean) something in my life... some of them are: - "Take my hand" by Dido - "Somebody" by Depeche Mode - "In a rush of blood..." by Coldplay (most of the songs there) - "Lost & found" by Sexy Sadie (a Spanish indie band singing in English) - "The rat who would be king" by ;) - "You look so fine" by Garbage almost every song on this list (and many more) has had and important "contribution" or effect on my life somehow

if i had to choose for my preference, it's obvious (I've already said that in many posts): "We're so heavy" because it is the best song in the album for me... But i liked the description Dan made of "Buffalo seven": Buffalo Seven: there is where my money is at... Easy to sing along to, nice beat, its got good lyrics... I think that would be a very good single/video

yeah, that part when a singer asks the audience to sing is cool, specially because people - just those who know the lyrics, the rest are just bothering - take it seriously and sing at once following the rhythm... what i hate is when someone, without even knowing the words, cries out or shouts the few words he/she knows just to show off... and he/she doesn't let you hear the singer singing... ;) i hate it!!!

well, ASR is a good song and the video is ok... at least it includes some images which are good and they go with the lyrics...

hahahaha ;) i can imagine that... listening to the album and imagining how the songs would sound live, i imagine the songs would be really loud and strong... thanx :angry:

I asked my buddy and yes, Flea played the trumpet in that concert in Spain

I'd love to send him a book with poems from Miguel Hernández, my favorite Spanish poet... but I dont know if he knows Spanish enough to read poetry... it is very difficult to appreciate the quality of poetry if you dont understand the language in which they are written... what do you think?
