i almost NEVER listen to the radio, but i can guarantee you, if i turn it on for more than 10 minutes, i'm gonna hear a chili peppers song. they fucking run them into the ground here.

some of the people saying they are 'terrible' (for example) like some really, REEEEEALLLLYYY shitty bands. that doesn't have anything to do with anything, though, i'm just throwing that out there.

me too. i love nine inch nails to death. him and matthew good are my two favorite songwriters, but i wouldn't say he's an awesome singer. puts his heart into it for sure, but his voice isn't his best quality. yeah, that was my point. i love nine inch nails. they're great live. even the songs that are pretty dated still rule, but i don't think i've ever heard anyone say 'DAYUM! THAT TRENT REZNOR HAS A CRAZY AMAZING VOICE!!' because he doesn't. it works well for what they do, but when i think of great singers i will never think trent reznor.
