  1. It looks like Matt has resurfaced on that board. He gets kinda worked up when people other than him insult his wife. Just an observation...
  2. Once again, all arbitrary. I can argue that: 1. The four artist you mention above are much more clear and concise than Constantine. -And- 2. Mumbling, in my opinion, is shit. I like to understand what my musicians are saying. So sorry. It's pretty stupid to say that mumbling = good. See my point?
  3. Alkaline Trio - Maybe I'll Catch Fire
  4. How exactly is listening to them and thinking they suck because the lead singer mumbles an uninformed generalization? A critical uninformed generalization would be that you like them only because Matt Good likes them...
  5. go ahead... she got me by a split second
  6. ;) Boo. They suck. Does the lead singer do anything but mumble?
  7. Matt will definitely promise never to post another blog again for at least a week on his current blog if he sees those posts. Then Jenn Good will write about how she needs internet while on vacation because obviously the conversation between Matt and Jenn keeps them busy enough. They will then trek to Northern Ireland- Belfast to be exact- and sit in a pub while using the internet to IM eachother.
  8. That is a very arbitrary statement. Some would agree that it is true.
  9. Well, I guess Bobby Good will get a sword and commit harakiri if he sees this.
  10. I don't know what remote part of Nanuvaat you live in, but the war is far from over. And the "government" in Iraq is far from real. Insurgents are still fighting US Troops on a daily basis and cities such as Fallujah and Tikrit are still hostile combat zones. US Forces announce that they have a handle on these areas and then the next day, record amount of bloodshed breaks loose. The fact remains that there is a quarter of the country of Iraq that refused to participate in the elections and this minority will continue to take arms against occupying forces. If the United States was serious about implementing a real government in Iraq, then the US would have delayed the elections until more stability was accomplished in the region. It is estimated that 60% of the voting population in Iraq turned out to cast a ballot. While that percentage is greater than the turnout in the US, it shows that there are serious problems in Iraq. The people of Iraq had not voted in over 50 years... One would expect a much higher percentage of turnout than 60% if this was the first opportunity to vote in 50 years. This percentage also doesn't reflect widespread voter irregularities that are being reported. How is the United States capable of directing an election in a war ravaged country when it can't properly hold an election within its own borders? I am an American and I support Canada's decision to keep out of Iraq. America decided to jump the gun and start a war and now America should be left with the responsibility of fixing its own mess. I highly doubt that Allawi, the "leader" of Iraq, is a real leader. He is a former CIA Operative that answers to his paymasters. All this election served to do was to elect the framers of the new Iraqi Constitution. When Iraq holds elections to seat public officials, whenever this may occur, then we shall see exactly how stable the country of Iraq really is.
  11. Wikipedia is actually Matt's newest Blog!
  12. Ah, finally we get Summerbronze on the dark side. Welcome!
  13. On which board did Scott deny the accusation that he posted on Jenn Good's Blog? What I found sort of wierd was the fact that he listed a web address in his first post that wasn't right and then posted another entry with the right address. Maybe he was drunk or maybe there was a Scott imposter. Hmmm... A Scot imposter... devious.
  14. I too saw the comment that Scot left on Jenn's blog... I thought to myself, Wow, he is being civil with her. And then I saw the second paragraph... rather cold and vicious. I hope that comment had nothing to do with MG's Blog closing down.
  15. So if your friend gets into an argument with somebody and you don't agree with your friend's position in the argument, you shouldn't disagree because you aren't a true friend? Fat, Drunk, and Stupid is no way to go through life, son.
  16. What is the web address of the JennBlog?
  17. PETA is a whole lot of whackos. I agree that animals should not be tortured and killed for their fur... That's as far as my allegiance goes with PETA.
  18. Every time I call Matt an over-dramatic drama whore, I seem to hear how foolish I am from a lot of people. So, once again, I would like to reiterate that Matt is an over-dramatic drama whore. Let the hate begin...
  19. Matt can be very overdramatic at times. Let the hate begin...
  20. I sincerely hope that was sarcasm...
  21. Matt seems to have flipped out again... sigh. What's this crap about Amnesty International and somebody complaining?
  22. Echo and The Bunnymen - Do It Clean
  23. Verve Pipe - Barely (if at all) This shouldn't count because the common word is "the."
