Thes Arms Are Snakes?
sodamntired replied to MuttersomeTaxicab's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
"we gotta get these motherfucking arms off these motherfucking snakes" sorry...just had the Snakes On A Plane joke pop in my head when i read the band's name. -
I found my old iPod. Its 20g. It has 1933 songs on it. I'm looking to see what I could get for it. Its just the iPod, there's no software and charger or anything like that. There's some real good stuff on it. Lots of Matt Good, Pluto, Supergrass, you know, stuff like that. So anyone interested?

Audio of Being is so good, so I voted for that. The best MGB album.

so i've seen bits and peices of the movie Cube i liked what i saw, but all the times I've seen it, I have never caught the ending. I'll never rent it, so if someone who has seen it could just tell me the ending, that would be great. yeeeaaaah, alright then.

i saw this last night i enjoyed it. i tell people, if you liked the humor in Napoleon Dynamite (not crass, easy going, dialogue delivery humor, cheering for the loser) you'll like this one.

god, i've given up on trying to be punk, more focusing on being myself, without labels but looking at this photo, I realize just how painfully obvious it is how fake he is. Oh, he's a made man, made by someone's Marketing Skills

you know, quotes you have ethced into your head, you can just pop them off during everyday conversation to impress your friends/co-workers some of my favorites: I just cashed in on the fact that I'm good looking, I have a nice figure, and girls like me. - Sid Vicious "i'll care if you do...fuck it...i'll care if you don't." -- anton alfred newcombe "life is too boring to be sane all the time." -- me "Disease, insanity and death were the angels which attended my cradle." -- Edvard Munch Back when I was station director at the college radio station i used to be at, my favorites were: "Radio has no future."

Party Ben - Led Snooplin - Drop It Like It's a Whole Lott a mash up of Led Zepplin and Snoop Dogg Its cool. I like it. -
okay, i'm not going to say my opinion on this song cause i haven't really heard it but the point of the "game" i thought up is you say a song that was really popular, you know, you heard it 7 times a day, you sang a long with it, you learned all the words, then many years later, you hear the song and say if it has got better over the years/months or it has got worse i'm saying songs like Faith by Limp Bizkit or Hit Me Baby One More Time by Britney Spears but if someone knows "The Grace" by Neverending White Lights with Dallas Green go ahead and review it.

whenever i listen to I Miss New Wave, i have thoughts of suicide no, not that i would ever do that, i'm too happy with my place in the world right now to just cut it short there have been two times in my life when i was truly suicidal, 7th grade and senior year of high school. i always thought, and still think, that I Miss New Wave would be a perfect final song to have playing on your stereo when you take your own life (don't do it, its selfish and the only people you end up hurting are the ones that love you) and have it playing on repeat...kind of a song that would have people hear it and say/think, "wow...he/she must have had a lot going on in his/her head that take his own life..." god...that's such a downer, i'm sorry. everything is great...i'm so happy and i'm sorry if i brought anybody down. ;)

I was listening to my iPod at work, and All Together came on. I have had it for a while, but I never actually truly listened to it. I teared up...at work...in my cubicle It really hit something inside of me. I just wanted to share this with everyone. Share any deep moments you had with Matt's music.

all these violent dreams, its time for a funny political homoerotic one! (i'll preface this by saying i'm not gay) so back in 2004, i was living in the states (still am) and I was really into the presidential election, all about the Democrats and Wesley Clark (still am). anyway, I had a dream that a national democratic convention was being held in the city where I was going to school, Moorhead, MN. I was frantically walking around a gymnasium where the convention was being held, looking to talk to Wesley, and all of a sudden, I was cornered by Joe Lieberman. He was talking to me, i didn't care, and he wouldn't let me go. all of a sudden, he licked his finger and ran it down the side of my face, saying, "warm nuts make a delicious christmas treat." then I woke up...creeped out. just typing that, i get the willies. I wasn't a fan of Joe Lieberman before, and am still not one now. THE END

I think a better question is what happened between Matthew Good and Rich, cause I haven't heard anything. I seriously don't know, if someone could tell me, that'd be great.
