When I mentioned Matthew Good, my date blurted out "Wow, that's such a coinicidence." I was hoping we shared a mutual love for Matt or something, but no. He finished with, "Earlier today, I was just thinking about what a douche he is." ;)

Today is Vermillion, cuz "I just need a holiday". Today is an absolutely gorgeous day outside, but I've been fated to spend the entire day indoors studying for exams. ;)

For me, today, it would have to be Strange Days. I've just had a really bizzare week and right now I'm kind of trying to take a step back from it all and put everything into perspective. The tone of the song just matches my feelings perfectly.

Yes! That line has always stood out to me as well. Some others: "You should wait around because your body's bound to turn up." or "I close my month now and I scream." "You know they put a man on the moon simply to prove that we all need some place to go where we're not known." "When you drift off to wake up, do you always hit the brakes?" or "Backwards, into a wall of fire." (just a cool little visual)
