  1. I was never a fan of "The Strokes" then I borrowed 'Room on Fire' from a mate. It's a pretty good album.
  2. Anything by Simple Plan.
  3. Giant Primetime Deliverance Running for Home
  4. I thought 'Avalanche' was a really good album. It fell away a bit at the later stages of the album with "Double Life" and "Long Way Down", but overall it was really good. WLR&RR still has some great tracks in my opinion (blue skies, empty road, buffalo seven and alert status red), but it just didn't have the replay power in which "Avalanche" had for me.
  5. Modest Mouse - Good News.... Epicure - Goodbye Girl Wilco - A Ghost is Born Tea Party - Seven Circles Matt Good - WLR&RR John Butler Trio - Sunrise over Sea These are the only albums i've brought which were released this year. John Butler, Tea Party & Matt Good were a bit dissapointing.
  6. We need a "Blue skies over Aussie Lands" Tour!
  7. The Hello Time Bomb single would have been deleted in Australia a long time ago. That's why I was so shocked when I saw it. I looked through the stores cd singles, but there was only one copy. I'll keep looking around, and yell out if I find one. It's doubtful i'll find another copy..but you never know.
  8. No changes in tracklisting. Just the production/publication notes says DARKTOWN Records Australia etc.... I'll scan them over the weekend. Nothing real special though. Though I didn't even know Underdogs was released in Australia until I brought it from an Aussie eBay seller. I presume the songs sound exactly the same as to the canadian released...I've downloaded as fair few tracks before I got the albums, and they all sound the same.
  9. The House That Jack Built - Metallica
  10. Weezle. Seven Circles isn't too bad. I think it's better than Interzone Mantras. "Ocean", "Wishing you would Stay", "The Watcher", "Stargazer" are the better tracks. Still I don't think they have done anything really good since TRIPtych. TRIPtych was a really good solid album in my opinion. If you're a Tea Party fan I'd still buy Seven Circles.
  11. I'm in Australia, you can stop at my house. I found the HTB single brand new about 12 months ago in a store (Big W, like Walmart Target etc). Which was pretty odd considering it'd been out for about 3-4 years.
  12. They are called Vinyl's. I have the following: LOTGA Underdogs (Australian Version) Beautiful Midnight (Australian Version) Audio of Being Avalanche (Australian Version) WLR&RR (Digi-pack Edition) Hello Time Bomb (Australian EP) One live show, early demos & b-sides. MG Khaki T-Shirt 30-40 of the HOSAM mirro cards...hooray!
  13. Fearless is down by five, might be hard from here. It would be good if it got up from here.
  14. 1. Giant 2. Everything is Automatic 3. Weapon (Hard! - LOTGA,Underdogs and BM all good #3's) 4. Advertising on Police Cars (I Miss New Wave close 2nd) 5. Avalanche 6. Failing The Rorschanch Test 7. Suburbia & WWWHR (Couldn't seperate) 8. Prime Time Deliverance 9. Rat Who Would Be King (Very tough choice - NF,Blue Skies) 10. Indestructible 11. A Boy And His Machine Gun 12. Sort of a Protest Song 13. Change of Season (Another tough one - HOSAM, Born2Kill) 14. Running For Home Done! B)
  15. I have albums by all of those bands. It's a very hard choice. Alice in Chains just slighty.
  16. Life - Our Lady Peace
  17. Empty Road or Buffalo Seven. I'm not a real huge fan of 'North American for Life', but it has single potential.
  18. Near Fantastica Weapon Fearless WWWHR The Future is X-Rated Advertising on Police Cars
  19. Pony Boy and All Together don't come up to well over the stereo when they are rip to a cd.
  20. Anti-pop Carmelina Lullaby for the new world order (sometimes) Every name is my name Deep six Load me up Future us x-rated North american for life Poor man's gray ......These are still not too bad in moderation.
