  1. Well if you wantd you could simply beg the rich people for NF$. im sue if your good at begging you can get a fair bit
  2. Well we actually helped write basically every MGB song, with the exception of LOTGA. Hes one of the few people i can think of that would always be doing something different on guitar than the other guitarist, always with little riffs and what not. he was amazing
  3. I think Punk Is Completely Dead. All there is are these rock bands with a friggin mohawk that call themselves punk. Punk wasnt just music or a look, it was an attitude, and its as dead as Johnny Ramone.
  4. Sorry, the 20 minute Rush song is called "The Fountain of Lamenth". "The Necromancer" is the song before it on that cd (caress of steel i believe)
  5. Who could forget "The Necromancer" By Rush. Its 20 minutes long. oh, and "Dogs" by Pink Floyd which is a good 17 minutes
  6. Im guessing he just forgot. it happens on stage to alot of people. i remember kurt cobain forgetting the lyrics to "polly" one time and totally blanked
  7. Blue skies I hear is fantastic live so im going for that
  8. THE MAN

    Raygun

Who knows with Matt. I bet if he were to tell us it would be something that you would never have guessed
  9. That was like comparing The Sex Pistols to The Backstreet Boys. The only way to compare is that one kicks the others ass.
  10. I dont think its selling all that well. this is just a guess though, as he hasnt announced it going gold or anything like that, which he did do with avalanche
  11. I find its like that with alot of CD's. St.Anger was the same for me. I got it, thought it was terrible, but after a week or 2 i listened to it a bit more, and each time i listened i said "well THIS song is ok" to a different song every time. now I love the CD (although im sure some of you still despise it)
  12. If they wanted to be cheap they could just record a litlle bit and then loop it. And as far as marketing to southern US, I have a sneaking suspision that Matt Good has never been marketed there at all
  13. Just today while driving home from work at 3 in the morning i almost hit a curb while head banging to hello time bomb.
  14. I got AoB 2 weeks before it came out in stores because i know someone at universal. I listend to it once (wasnt even really listening. i put it on outside speakers and went for a swim) then never touched it for a year. i finally listened to it when i found out i had lent out all my other matt good CD's, then proceded to kick myself for not listening to it more
  15. Ya, i know the feeling of getting CD's right of the bat. I Got WLRRR a few hours after HMV opened the day it came out. i even did the 1km run from my music exam to the store because the bus wouldve taken too long. that was a fine day
  16. Oh, Cool. im guessing it ws with Valdson and Pat steward?
  17. Do yourself a favour and start learning sings by ear as quickly as possible. Tabs make people tone deaf. trust me on this one.
  18. They could always just lengthen the show by about five and a half minutes. ill give him a dollar if he will.
  19. It was still around? since when?
  20. Was there ever a tour for AoB? I cant remember at all. If there was, was it any good?
  21. 1) Load Me Up 2) Everything Is Automatic 3) My Out Of Style Is Coming Back 4) Prime Time Deliverance (this one will crush lullabye) 5) A Boy And His Machine Gun 6) Giant Man, so many classics coming up now. Round 3 is going to be killer. Im gonna go CRAZY!
  22. omissions is good, but hopeless is SOOO much better. its like a "folk/country" mix that only matt could do as well as he did.
  23. While it is blatant, i believe that that was the point of the song lyrics. they were supposed to just stand right out and get your attention. Thats what makes the song so appealing.
  24. Plus you can refer to him as Thor. If I had a middle name of Thor its all i would call myself. and i would talk in the third person. "Thor demands no onions on my whopper!". you would also have to talk in a deep, booming voice too.
  25. Not much slection, but i have to go for "hell otime bomb". theres a reason its so poular. because it kicks ass!
