Make sure you're covered with Canadian flags...not that it's as good a defence as it used to be. I've heard of american travellers wearing our flags too...trying not to be a target.

Hm...if there's only the three of them, then the others that sounded like they COULD be matt probably were.
-
Thanks. That's not surprising really...if you happen to find it, download it...it's weird how much the singer sounds like Matt at times.

1. My Out Of Style Is Coming Back 2. Suburbia (most difficult decision yet) 3. Near Fantastica

I hate Reality TV...which is a poorly named genre, I might add.

You sir have excellent taste. -
I have this song...I think it came of Kazaa, I'm not sure. It was labeled, both fileneame and ID3 tag, as "Matthew Good - Divine Apathy". I can't find any mention of such a song, though it does sound kinda like him. A brief lyric search reveals it as "7 Mary 3 - Lucky" ...who I have never heard of. Can I assume that Matt is in no way involved and this is all a coincidence, or am I missing something here?

According to the filename on mine, it's Bif Naked, Matt Good, and Econoline Crush, though I think there are others. It only kinda sounds like Matt, but the other guys sound totally different. So whoever doesn't not sound like Matt is Matt. Ugh...I can't think any straighter than that at the moment. I was dreamin' when I wrote this Forgive me if it goes astray But when I woke up this mornin' Coulda sworn it was judgement day The sky was all purple There were people runnin' everywhere Tryin' to run from the destruction You know I didn't even care 'Cuz they say two thousand zero zero party over Oops out of time So tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999 I was dreamin' when I wrote this So sue me if I go too fast But life is just a party And parties weren't meant to last War is all around us My mind says prepare to fight So if I gotta die I'm gonna listen to my body tonight Yeah, they say two thousand zero zero party over Oops out of time So tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999 Yeah Lemme tell ya somethin' If you didn't come to party Don't bother knockin' on my door I got a lion in my pocket And baby he's ready to roar Yeah, everybody's got a bomb We could all die any day But before I'll let that happen I'll dance my life away They say two thousand zero zero party over Oops out of time We're runnin' outta time So tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999 They say two thousand zero zero party over Oops out of time We're runnin' outta time So tonight I'm gonna party like it's 1999 It's 1999 ... After that the lyrics I found differ from the song I have. In bold is the only part I can identify specifically as Matt (even though a few others sound similar, I'm not sure...), and italics are where more than one of them are singing together.

Me too, I just figured the 'everyone's gotta be something, me I'm stupid/garbage' bit kinda disqualified it...I guess not.

We are kinda tied to the US whether we like it or not... And even for someone who has few political concerns, yes...Canadian politics are pretty boring. Nothing ever really changes...

They taught me that daytime TV is terrible. Ugh, the horror... -
Oddly enough, Born To Kill is uplifting to me...maybe it's more of a grim satisfaction than happiness, but it's a start...
-
Then yes, you're right.
-
It can be, depending what it makes you think of. It's not a happy song for all of us.

He's got a nice helicopter.

First, the conventional answers... Indestructible Load Me Up Raygun Radio Bomb Hopeless ...it just too upbeat sounding not to be. Now the ones that are...less obvious. As Long As You're Mine Double Life Jenni's Song (don't ask) North American For Life (in a somewhat cynical way...)

Hot Butter - Popcorn (Techno Mix) Man, that brings back memories...memories so vague that I don't even know what they are, just that they're there. -

Hoobastank - The Reason It wasn't particularly good to begin with, then the radio stations played the hell out of it to the point that hearing it enrages me. -
In the case of Audio of Being, the limited one came in a little codboard sleeve with a booklet containing the lyrics from all the other albums

1) Giant 2) Sort of a Protest Song (tough choice) 3) Load Me Up

It was more of a commentary of what I've seen on other forums...kinda following in HoboFactory's line of thinking. In any case...uhh...hey, look a kittie! *runs off*

...especially when it comes down to basing maturity on interests. "My hobbies are better than yours, nyaah..." In the end, this little misadventure just strikes me as a waste of time...but that's nothing new.
