Has anyone here heard of Something Corporate? good band. Just thought id throw it out their to see if anyone listens to them or if im the only one, which seems to be a reoccuring theme with a lot of the bands i post on here lol.. but thats okay. ;)

Their awsome. Has anyone else heard of them? They are kinda like punk, and they kick ass. EDIT: If you havent and your interested, theres a good song called New Medicines, download it and giver' a go.

The Hip are awesome. They went to Queens and my family friend used to beat them up all the time because he thought they were queers. Now he has all their albums and feels like a fool, i guess sometimes what you get comes back to you. Anyway they were cool today, I was watching them tonight with my gf, she sorta had to for her class Entertainment Admin, and they really werent that good, even Billy Talent had some major technical difficulties, did anyone else notice how off things were tonight on that show? anyway it was lame, cept for the Hip and Billy Talent, and of course BTO at the end.

I dunno their are a lot of annoying people on tv man lol! Granted Ty is annoying, but so is everyone else on those homemaker things haha I agree Ty is annoying but what about people like Mulroney's son, i dunno wtf his damn name is, but you know who im talking about, the guy on E-Talk Daily or w/e.. Id also say O'Reily as well, but thats only if you get those Fox channels, that dude is a jerk. Man i could keep going but this is already a little too long winded for my likeing.

I'd say write to your hospitals and congressman or MP if your against it becuase all hospitals do it. Thousands like her in her condiditon die every year, its quite commonplace.

Some Emo is good, but its like a lot of things, you cant listen to it a lot cause you'll go crazy. Funny enough, I cant get enough of MG, probably because he has talent and a lot of emo bands dont. Some have a little bit of talent, but overall i havent been insanely impressed with any emo album yet, there is not one that i love each and every song on any of their albums. Whereas with MG there are a many albums that i can listen to all the way through. Therefore Emo is halfgood.

It was one of those damn movies where all the funny parts are in the trailer, save yourself some money and download it.

Ahhh hollywood does a lot of things, the thing is, we starve people to death everyday, its passive euthanaisa and apparently they dont feel any pain after the first three days? i guess endorphines kick in, im not here to debate this cuase i dont know it for fact just something i heard by and by. But back to pressing matteres we need to take back the word twenty,Back in 19-Dickity-Two, We couldnt say twenty 'cause the Kiaser stole it. I chased him Dickity Six miles and only ended up with getting lost before dixity seven miles. ;)

I believe you are speaking of Romeo Dellaire. He's a good man, i met him, he came to our school to talk about Rwanda. Id suggest everyone read his book " shake hands with the devil" its really great. He clearly illustrates the beaurocratic bullshit of the UN and its lack of action.

They came out of this punk scene in the UK I think and now its this like Acoustic music, its really friggin good though.

Definatly Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Sound garden, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, i through out Blind Melon out there but i guess thats not for everyone.

Terri Schiavo is dead.. maybe the circus of this entire event will finally be over and this women and her family can find some sort of peace. They keep saying this is a sad day for Schiavo but i think the politicians who are making this into such a political fiasco are the ones really sad. Mainly becuase they cant use this to advance their careers anymore. They love to ignore that this happens every year in the thoughsands, and nobody says a word. This isnt to say that I wanted Schiavo to have her life services put back in either, its just the hypocrisy of the politicians that is sickening. None of these people really even knew her and they completely disregarded years of letigation. Basically this is just another avenue for the religious right to asert there claws deeper into American society. I guess there is no longer the seperation between church and state. This is turning into a rant quickly which i could go on for years about, but anyway whats done is done. I guess we'll all have our own opinions about this issue.

Definatly, just thought Id raise the issue out of interest.

It is important to remind people, becuase some people also just stop careing when they are flooded everyday with the same message over and over again. Reminding though is a careful thing, like i said before reminding people or society that your against it by being active with a local activist group or any other way of your own civil disobedience is a reminder more of your stance against it. But reminding people about the information they hear everyday over and over again really makes people tune out the information and apathy soon follows, which is the last thing you want in a war such as this.

I do know the media was very absent from covering the Rwandian crisis ( major mass media) from several journal articles ( published articles from professors and writers) that said that they were very absent. I, as well as you was young at that point but Ive had to do research on the topic. So no i cannot speak to it myself, but with credible sources i can speak to its absense.
