Sweet Manchurian Moses! That made my day.

This seemed like the place to ask. I remember about a year ago Matt previewed a couple of tracks from Ryan Dahle's supposedly upcoming solo album. Here we are a year later and I can't find any info about this release. Did it ever come out? Is there any news that it might ever come out? Does anybody know anything about it at all?

Is There A Studio Version Of Suburbia With The Extended Lyrics.
malarky replied to shadow_mike's topic in Matthew Good
That was my one disappointment with Live at Massey Hall that he didn't do any of the extended versions of songs. Extended Symbolistic White Walls is one of my single favourite songs ever! -
How about "If I was a Tidal Wave"? Great stuff on contemporary America.

I got my copy! Now I've just gotta go somewhere where I can listen to the damn thing. ...I wonder how many different versions of Apparitions I have now.

I actually sang Casual Walks for a former girlfriend. (I was a little drunk.) Still, it worked wonders ;)

If I remember correctly HM was recorded in December '06 and finally released in August '07. I think that means we're probably in for as long a wait again. It will all depend on when record companies feel there's an opening in the release schedule? Did we ever find out if Matt re-signed with Universal?

I have that acoustic version of near fantastica, and for reasons that I can no longer remember it's labelled in my itunes as "Nation of Cool/Near Fantastica" I don't suppose anyone might know why that is.

I wouldn't worry too much; Matt's always messing around with the site format. Admittedly I want miss the community features too much cause I never use them. I'm a total lurker (both here and there.) I am gonna miss the contributers though. Roy's entries are often friggin' hilarious.

Sort of a pre-announcement. On his blog Matt announced that there would be an announcement concerning the release of a live record. I don't know about you guys, but I'm thrilled to learn that it's actually happening.
-
Matt's posted two new demos. On Nights like Tonight, and Us Remains Impossible. As usual they'll only be up a couple of hours. Definitely worth a listen.

I used Sort of a Protest song for a project like this when I was in high school. I didn't do great, but admittedly I was pretty lazy in grade 12. How about Weapon? You've got that whole duality good vs. evil thing that philosophers love to pick apart.

Of the ones we've heard so far I'd guess Born Losers, though my personal choice would be She's in it for the Money.

Making A Cd Of "unreleased" Matt Good Songs...

Does anyone have All Together? I've been going nuts trying to find it.
