Three cups of coffee later... ya, I'm really bad at describing why I don't like things. And comparing them to other bands isn't the way I should do it... Fair To Midland isn't horrible. I liked A Seafarer's Knot, Orphan Anthem '86, and The Walls of Jericho. But most of the songs just didn't keep me interested that much. Is that better? Sorry.

I have heard both of those bands, I don't like either of them, and I'm still sticking with that. Perhaps I'll come up with something more satisfactory in the morning.
