  7. meant to say something about shiri, but i butted it in front of her, so she had to edit her post. sorry.
  8. gets the guitars/women analogy.
  9. cuz it's really none of my business, i guess. i don't need to read, in real time, the details of someone i don't know's downward spiral (and, hopefully, eventual upward spiral). i'm just gonna go back to being a fan of his artistic contributions.
  10. the latest one means i'm not reading his blog anymore.
  11. get the studio version of "skin and bones" from their EP five songs and a cover. if i can find it i will. i didn't know there was a studio version. thanks.

  14. ...thats the carpet in my bedroom. snap! do you have slot machines and a blackjack table in there too ;)
  15. is entitled to her opinion and could probably kick courtney love's ass.
  16. likes stone sour. meg: listen to their "come what(ever) may" album before 'what the hell'-ing my taste. "through glass" (especially), "sillyworld", "made of scars" and "cardiff" are awesome songs.
  17. probably has a hot accent.
  18. i loathe holiday songs. i can sit through no use for a name's cover of the above mentioned pogues song, but i usually skip over it.
  19. the bored's princess. here's lookin' at you, kid.
  20. 10/10. is that david hasselhoff? oops, no wait, it's charles. if you showed up in halifax, i'd raise a drink with you.
  21. 10/10 for scaring all the sharks away at that beach with his very presence. and it's a cat ferry ride and 4 hour drive away.
  22. 10/10. beer.
  23. the last action hero. when i logged on today, and clicked view new posts, bishopx was listed under 'last action' for the majority of a page and a bit of new posts.
  24. agreed. 234985
  25. I think unless you were there, with the sweat and grit and leather jackets with spikes all over them you can't really have an idea. It's probably hard for kids today to tell the difference between 'fasion punks' and a real punk band. while waiting for my soup at lunch I hear a Lou Reed song on the radio . . the fellow is 30 and didn't recognize it. (I caught the 'punk wave' the second time around, during the 80's . . . it was still pretty hard core though. Here in Van it was GREAT, the New York Theatre at the bottom of Commercial used to play all-ages shows all the time. then serve beer. Ah, the old days) not a question for geoff (yay tangents!), but here's links to two essays on the subject of 'punk' by someone who knows a thing or two about the subject: a punk manifesto a punk synopsis
