i did that with don quixote. got a third of the way in, was bored silly, and never finished it. i've given a few books a second try after quiting them part way in (catch 22, cardinal of the kremlin, frankenstein), and enjoyed them the second time around, but i've never tried that one again.

this is one of my favorite punk rock albums (at vbr mp3). it's also one of the tapes i used to blast when i used to drive way to fast: pulley - 60 cylce hum the singer, scott radinsky, was a major league pitcher. coaches in the minors now, i think. true story. edit: it came out in 1997, for you time-obsessed taggers.
