  1. everytime i hear that song i get excited because i think tainted love is coming on... then it turns out to be a shotty hip hop song. I'd dance too, but my rhythm... not so much... i'll stick to lifting heavy things and sweating.
  2. bit his teeth
  3. Has anyone played the 24 video game? It was so great I played through it twice in a row without even getting bored of it.
  4. i haven't read it personally... a cousin of mine just finished it though and recommended it to me. Apparently it has to do with a cellphone signal that turns all cell users into ZOMBIES. I think that any story with zombies, ninja, pirates and/or robots deserves * * * * *. That's five stars. ...y'know for being good.
  5. have emo kids taken over your towns too?

  7. woodeedoo, i tried searching but errors came up both times. merge away. Why do most of you work two muscle groups at the same time? I know you focus on groups that work similar muscles but the reason I split up my work out into seperate parts is to allow greater recovery time without cutting out of my work outs. I could work out 5 days in a row and not have the same muscle sore by the time i start working it again.
  8. ashamed to admit it... but I enjoyed nerdy forgotten rhelm books. I read every book in the Drizzt series. The dark tower novels definitely over-shadowed that series, though.

  10. the key word is "hobby" just because we do something to better ourselves doesn't make it wrong. honestly, improving your physical fitness is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

  12. ha, i really like this video... the main dude in the video actually got his start doing internet rap-comedy vids. You should check it out if you get a chance.
  13. one thing i've learnt from working out is that different things work for different people. There is no golden rule or set. What works for me may not work for someone else. I use to be 260lbs. Luckily i had a great frame to lose the fat and put on some muscle... a skinny person for example would have to pack on tons of weight, build muscle, then lose the weight. And yeah, it's not worth crippling yourself. I wear a back support when i do my back.

  15. it's true. i type this with mental powers.
  16. anything that has to do with my head/throat hurting... obviously it's radiobomb.
  17. i guess wanking is a form of exercise... but it only really helps one arm. I'd say it's probably one of the most rewarding exercises though.
  18. explain it i'm intregued  ;)
  19. you know, whey protein was the only supplement i've ever used. I liked a protein shake every morning for breakfest because it was something that was quick as easy. I even use to mix low fat peanut butter into a chocolate protein shake with a blender to make it taste like reese cups. It got to the point where it just became too expensive for the point i'm at. I dont want my neck to disappear, so i've been going all natural for about 6 months now. I find a skinless chicken breast or a salmon fillet *AFTER* a work out produces much the same results. Something I do recommend, however, is the use of a good quality multi-vitamine. I take "Ultimate One's for Active Men". It turns your pee into funky colours, but one vitamine gives you every thing your body needs... you'll be surprised on how much it naturally perks you up. Another natural path approach i take, is a cup of loose-leaf green tea every day. The anti-oxydents in are phenominal. There have been certain tests done where people have done nothing but drink a cup of green tea everyday and they've lost up to 10lbs in a month. It's a great metabolism booster.
  20. you should.
  21. it was funny, but i dont think it was worth of f-bomb hilarity.
  22. my favourite is when he fights the atheists and there are like 80 of them that keep piling out of a small jeep
  23. Hey near fantasticites... One of my main hobbies is working out and physical fitness. I try to go to the gym 4-5 times a week on a split routine. The way I divide it up is: Day #1: Cardio an hour normally 30 minute run 7.0-8.0mph then 30 minutes on a step-mill Day #2: Chest Day #3: Back Day #4: Shoulders Day #5: Arms (bicepts, tricepts, forarms) every day i work in abs either on the floor, a resistance ball or a crunch machine. Also, i do some light leg work outs every day too. I find if i spend one specific day only on legs, they'll be outta commission for a few days. Basically I'm starting this thread to hear your workout strategies... maybe nutrition tips... or even what you like to listen to during a work out. On my mp3 player i have many songs... Great MG songs to work out to include: -Born To Kill -We're So Heavy -Let's Get it On -Weapon -Near Fantastica -Inescapable Us (great for a cool down) Meh. Keep'r real. Woodoo and peace out.
