It's such a weak thing to do. I don't know if I will confront this guy about this or not, but I've certainly lost a lot of respect for him.

Have you ever had someone lie to you for no good reason? Post your stories here. Here's mine: I slept with this guy in our little "friendship circle" (or whateverthefuck you want to call it) for a while. It was never all that serious because neither of us knew what we wanted (which is unlike me, but that's besides the point). For this reason, and him not wanting his ex to hear about it and freak out, we decided not to tell the others for the sake of less drama. My best friend figures it out, but never says a thing to anyone, because she is awesome like that, and in the 20 years of our friendship has never let me down. Now that it's all over and we've decided to be "just friends" it gets back to the "ex" that we slept together and she freaks out. He calls me freaking out, blaming it on my friend, when I know for a fact that she kept her mouth shut, and that he told his friend, who told his girlfriend, who told the ex. He completely denies telling his friend...which I wouldn't give two shits about if he did; I have nothing to hide. What a fuck face. I hate when people lie for no good reason.

I'm not creative enough at the moment to think of a name, but the music is awesome.

Made my night by putting me in the same category as Stephen Colbert and inspiring Chris to say that I am even cooler than Colbert. All because I think "thinkative" should be a word. It so should though...really. Picture it: "You are very thinkative this evening."

That is one of the greatest parts of the bored. It's the not the reason I joined, but certainly one that made me stay. Talk about entertainment.

Me too. I love that movie. During the summer I had a series of dreams that all connected. They always had a toilet involved for some reason and everytime I tried to use it, I always noticed something wrong with it, so that I couldn't use it. Towards the end of these dreams, the world was ending. Planes were falling out of the sky and I saw dead people inside of them on fire...things like that. I was pretty scary. The last dream of this kind, the world was ending again, but I knew I was dreaming, in my dream, so I wasn't afraid. Then I went to the washroom, saw something wrong with the toilet, turned around and reminded myself that it was a dream, turned around again, saw it was ok and used it. This was the final dream of this kind. I thought about these dreams a lot because they were so vivid, intrusive and disturbing. The strange thing is, they ended the day after I broke up with my boyfriend and he moved out. I think in some way, the toilets not being usable were a symbol of me not being in control of something (my relationship/life) and the world ending was representing a big change in my life. Once things changed the dreams stopped. I love dreams, even scary ones.

I must admit it was the downloads for me too. But looking at the ratio of my posts to nf$, it's obviously not why I have stayed. This place has strangely helped me through a lot, so thanks guys.

I have the feeling that your feeling is right. I won't mind if it doesn't make it to the album though, since the demo is pretty high quality. As long as I have that, which I do, I'm happy ;) I'm really starting to get pumped for this new album. Oh man.

I would of chosen nerd had that definition not been there. I guess I'm more of a computer geek, but it actually seems to be the cool thing these days...so I don't know what to classify myself as. This part kind of describes me: "...somebody who passionately pursues intellectual or esoteric interests - such as books..." but that's where it stops. This part doesn't really fit with me: "...and video games, rather than having a social life, participating in organized sports, or other mainstream activities. The Merriam-Webster definition is an "unstylish, unattractive, or socially inept person; especially: one slavishly devoted to intellectual or academic pursuits."

That's an interesting thought and would certainly make sense. It is strange that the talking continues on through the vocals, so you could be right. I'm loving the vibe of this song though. edit: Black Helicopter is amazing isn't it Juanpe? It's one of my favorites.
