I play video games for fun, not for how realistic they are, and I've always found EA Hockey more fun than 2K hockey. I was iffy about NHL 07 on 360, so I rented it, and the skill stick is the best thing that's ever happened to a hockey game.

I've had the whole Beautiful Midnight vs Audio of Being debate in my head for years now, and really, I can't pick between the two. It all depends on my mood, what's going on in my life etc etc. Right now I'd have to say AoB because I'm going through a shitstorm of mental problems right now, and I do think that album is the darker, more neurotic and more cynical of the two albums, which, is generally how I feel on a day to day basis as of late. I love all the tracks on both of these albums, and they both strike a chord with me deep down, in their own way, so really, I can't pick.

Wilco is love. Easily one of the best concerts I've ever seen.

I suffer from insomnia, much like Matt does/did, and add anxiety and stress and all that other shit on top of it, and it really wears you down and drags you down, so I know where he's coming from. It's not so bad that I'm up all night, rubbing my hands raw while pacing back and forth, but sometimes the littlest of things will just set me off and then I'm messed up for days afterwards. As much as I love the music and would love to see what he comes out with next, the important thing is for him to put himself first and take care of himself the best he can, however he can. If that means writing a record and releasing and using that as part of his "therapy", then so be it, but if not, that's okay too, it's just important he feels better about things.

On Halloween I'm not even sure what I'm doing, but the weekend of the 28th, my buddy's company is hosting a paintball zombie haunted house event out in Olds, which I'm volunteering for. I may be a zombie or a redneck or something, but I'll get to shoot people all weekend.

I have no problem with them. I have 4 and they all mean something to me, and the only one that's even remotely visible is my Amnesty International candle on the inside of my left bicep. I think if you get it for YOU, and it has meaning to YOU, that's what matters, and the perception of others is irrelevant. Whether you like my tattoos or not has no bearing on how I feel about them. Now, in regards to the business world, if I'm wearing a suit, or even just a long sleeved shirt, who is even gonna notice?

Then maybe they should be looking in Cambodia for him.
