I have their albums, and I enjoy listening to them. I think The Black Parade is one of the best releases this year and admire their nod to 70's rock and their ability to surpass the last release in terms of ambition and quality. Well done, lads. However. This band sucks regardless. It's one thing to put an album out that you can't pull off live. There's no shame in that. But at least do it because of complex arrangements and studio effects, not because your lead singer can't sing for shit. I don't care how pretty your costume is, unless "waive your hands" and "hello new jersey" are in the lyrics some 20 times, maybe this schtick isn't for you. So while I like what's on the CD, it seems like a studio creation and not the work of an actual band. What say you?

I have actual Heroes spoilers, folks. Get your spoilers. They range from minor to to major. SPOILER (Highlight to View) First off, Nikki's alter ego is her dead sister Jessica who supposedly was abused by her father. Sylar didn't initially have any powers but tricked Mohinder's father to believing so, and now eats people's brains to gain their abilities (how is unknown). Hiro steals his samurai sword from a museum. Peter is the source of the NY explosion when he gains Ted's abilities and cannot control them. That comes from a pinned topic on the NBC boards and the author in question has legitimate sources that have been proven accurate over time. As for my own speculation, I think that Hiro's love interest has to end up dying and that's why she's not dead. Maybe if she didn't die, things would get worse somehow.

The last sweeps episode just confirmed it - this is my favorite show on television. They successfully resolved plotlines and opened up new, interesting ones. We know who Claire's father is and who works with him, what they do, etc. We know what Mohinder's father was studying. I have a feeling we'll find out a lot more about Sylar. Oh, and the "save the cheerleader, save the world" thing was resolved. I read in an interview that by the seasons end, they will all be working together somehow.

Early reviews of this thing were actually saying it was the best one since Goldeneye. That isn't exactly tough competition, but it's got me excited. I'm all for this "early James Bond" theme. The gadgets and stuff were getting ridiculous.

The Third Eye Blind part was the only laugh worthy moment of this. I think this had potential, but the execution of the pilot screams sub-par.

How this is possible for anyone except Thom Yorke...I do not know. I've heard some of both albums, Paris and Fergie. Paris' is of course better because she can pay more money for better songs. Family Guy I can't stand for the reasons stated in the "Cartoon Wars" South Park episodes. Hell, even The Simpsons made swipes at Family Guy.
